Hotel Boutique Mohk — Hotel in Medellín

It’s worst service, worst motel customer service ever ! There’s no reception desk , no main entrance , nothing !! , they were all closed. Nobody was there ! ( even though they show everything fancy on the map ! ) Door was closed when we arrived in front ! We have been waiting 1 hour to open the door because it needed code and they didn’t answer our messages , calls to get the code! Some people just opened the door and we were in but there was another issue there. we couldn’t get in to our room cause they didn’t answer our calls !.. There’s no restroom in the rooms . Restroom is in public and it’s so dirty ! They showed this motel amazing and luxury on google maps but they’re completely irresponsible and this motel is completely opposite of what they’re showing up in google maps! When we arrived there was no one to greet us, it is with a code that is put on the door and we had complications to enter which we called the WhatsApp number and no one answered, we spent like 20 minutes to enter.

When entering the room there was too much smell of humidity, the wifi did not work and there was no hot water in the 2 days that they examined us. At bedtime you hear too much noise, not only from clubs but from other guests of the same hostel making noise, and since there is no reception, we could not stay at the time.

I wrote to the hostel the next day to complain about the wifi and the cold water but it took them a day to respond that they were going to check it, they never fixed it.
