Been in MDE for 3 months, and on average Ive probably tried a new pizza spot once a week (kind of became a thing for me).
This place popped on my list of places to try out from Reddit, the expat group on FB, and google reviews.
So glad I came in tonight bc this place is IT.
I conversed w the owner Pietro and his apprentice Angel, both were standup guys that made my dining experience amazing.
I tried a red and white pizza, and both were amazing. I sat next to where they prepare the pies and could see that the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The thickness was just right, enough to hold shape without it being too filling.
I also had a view of the upstairs area and noticed it would make for an intimate meal if I decided to come back with someone.
I think the aspect that was most appealing to me was the passion of the staff that’s put into each pie, each one is made with the same attention to detail - not like most other places where it’s Burn N’ Turn.

He made a special custom pizza for us… where do you get service like this?? Chef Pedro is a master of his craft. Incredibly passionate about cooking and makes the most delicious sangria! You cannot leave El poblado without visiting. Be prepared to be disappointed with every pizza place after you try this!
Also.. if you take the pizza to go, don’t worry, it will not get soggy or cold. packaging and presentation is on point.

Cuando asistí el lugar tenía pocos clientes y aún así han tardado 40 minutos desde que llegué hasta que me entregaron la pizza. Me han cobrado el servicio sin haberme preguntado; me lo han retornado después de haber puesto trabas diciendo que no lo podían regresar al ser pagado con tarjeta, sin embargo, lo cobraron desde MÍ tarjeta sin haberlo consultado. No recibí factura, hasta que la solicité, el cobro inicial fue enseñando el valor a pagar desde una calculadora amarilla y muy sucia. Mi reseña espero que sea tomada como una oportunidad de mejora y que la pongan en práctica para futuros clientes.
Pdta. El chef puso en duda mi criterio para evaluar el restaurante y la comida, diciendo y cito: “Se nota que usted no ha viajado”. Esto es irrelevante, sin embargo, aclaro que he tenido la oportunidad de degustar pizza en Europa, ya que solo viaje y me quedé 10 años en la UE.

The food in terms of flavor and presentation is acceptable, the quality/price ratio leaves much to be desired.
When I attended the place I had few customers and even so it has taken 40 minutes from the time I arrived until they delivered the pizza. They have charged me for the service without asking me; they have returned it to me after having put obstacles saying that they could not return it when it was paid by card, however, they charged it from MY card without having consulted it. I did not receive an invoice, until I requested it, the initial charge was showing the value to be paid from a yellow and very dirty calculator. I hope my review is taken as an opportunity for improvement and that they put it into practice for future customers.
Pdta. The chef questioned my criteria to evaluate the restaurant and the food, saying and I quote: "It shows that you have not traveled."
