Panorama Rooms — Hotel in Grad Split

Highly NOT recommend anyone to stay there. I was staying at this place only for one night in August 2017 and it was the worst hostel experience I have ever had. Room and bathrooms were dirty, staff (I suspect owner) extremely unhelpful and only interested in the customers before getting the money. Doors were not locked and staff not available most of the time. Don't be fooled with cheap price, it is not...

我和朋友因為提早規劃旅行，很早就訂這家住宿了。但也許三月以後他換過主人，變得非常糟糕。騙錢，不守信用，我們付了比實際價格更多的金錢，然後說晚點等他有錢再找我們，請我們先去逛逛，因為房內還有一個女人和小孩，我們以為這樣的畫面應該就是安全了，就放心的出去。沒想到回來後，沒找錢就算了，還找不到人⋯ 他也沒有給鑰匙（說會找到插在我們門上），結果跟錢、主人一樣都沒有出現！我們睡得很不安穩，不敢留物品在房內。

我們經歷一晚非常糟的旅館經驗，認真檢討發現做錯了一件事，那就是沒有仔細閱讀這間的評價，完全被他以前累積的分數所蒙蔽了。

因此，我們希望這樣錯誤的選擇不要再降臨其他旅客身上。

請認真閱讀四月以後每一則評價 顧及個人及金錢安全考量，強烈建議不要選這一家旅館，壞了一個Split這麼完美的城市好心情！

［Awful Room & Host] !!!!!!!!!!DO NOT COME!!!!!!!!!

My friend and I planned the trip early in February, so we saw the reviews was high before March. However we think it might change the host. Everything change dramatically. The host is a cheat, we paid more the charge and get nothing back. But he said he had no change at that moment, we believe him. And he disappeared just like the key, so we slept latently, carefully, only because we are afraid someone will crash into our room...... The room is smelling bad and rough, not even worth to stay a second.... and ask for money to stay is only make you feel bad in such a beautiful holiday!!!! Try to read more comments via different websites, I am one of the victims. Just hope no one will cheat...

My stay here was in August. Everything was overbooked and chaotic. Maybe it is better in off season but my experience was not good. My four night stay was alright but people around me got kicked out and downgraded rooms and yelled at by the staff and this ruined the experience. One star I give for the roof top which is great to hang out and meet...
