Extremely poor service. Unprofessional staff hanging around the front of the restaurant. Sat down and ordered after what we was made to felt like we was taking ages. ( it took us 5 minutes to take a look at menu, normal time) once the starter had arrived I had decided to cancel the mains as felt so uncomfortable and disappointed. After the staff knew we was ready to leave they was nothing but rude. They must think we are stupid not to understand simple language when referring to “English” and utter rudeness when paying bill of nearly €40 for a simple cheese & ham starter. To add, after cancelling the main and asking for the bill they asked us if we would like “more wine” if that is not an insult then I’m unsure what is. If you are looking for a great meal Ciri Biri Bella is the place to go. I have never had such a wonderful meal with beautiful staff. Naime, moj dečko i ja smo došli na Tjedan restorana. Ja imam alergiju na gluten i mlijeko. Te sam odabrala jela koje to ne sadrže. Konobar nije znao ništa o alergijama niti o sastojcima jela s menija. Bez problema sam mu polako pojasnila i dogovorila na sva pitanja.
Problem je nastao kad sam dobila jelo i pitala je li sigurno za konzumaciju. Konobar je dva puta otišao u kuhinju i vraćao se s pogrešnim informacijama – prvo je rekao da palenta nema glutena, a na kraju se ispostavilo da ipak ima. Nismo ni bili sigurni sadrži li krema od češnjaka mlijeko. Nakon što smo zamolili da se palenta ukloni kao što sam tražila na početku naručivanja te rekla da mi dode samo bez palete i umaka i to je to. Iz kuhinje smo čula i vidjela urlike gospođe: "Ajde nosi to tamo, neka gospođa sama sklanja tu palentu!" Psovke i ruganja na moj račun. To poniženje me dotuklo.
I nakon dva upita, nisam znala je li moje jelo sigurno za konzumaciju. Na kraju, zbog tog deranja i psovanja, samo smo platili sve uredno i otišli.
Razumijem da gosti s alergijama traže posebnu pažnju, ali večeras to nije bio problem. Problem je bila drskost i potpuna neprofesionalnost osoblja u kuhinji.

Eng: I’ve been living with allergies for over 15 years, and I’m used to making compromises, ready to adapt whenever necessary. I always carry everything I need for my allergies with me. But what happened to me tonight at the restaurant was so humiliating that I was left speechless.
My boyfriend and I went to Restaurant Week. I have allergies to gluten and dairy, so I chose dishes that didn’t contain either. The waiter had no idea about allergies or the ingredients in the dishes on the menu. I calmly explained everything to him and answered all his questions without any issue.
The problem started when I received my dish and asked if it was safe for me to eat. The waiter went to the kitchen twice and came back with incorrect information—first, he said the polenta didn’t contain gluten, but it turned out that it did. We also weren’t sure if the garlic cream sauce contained dairy. After asking for the polenta to be removed, as I had requested when I first ordered, we heard yelling from the kitchen. A woman shouted, “Just take it over there and let the lady remove the polenta herself!” I was mocked and insulted.
After two inquiries, I still didn’t know if my meal was safe to eat. In the end, due to the shouting and insults, we paid for everything and left.
I understand that guests with allergies require special attention, but that wasn’t the issue tonight. The problem was the rudeness and complete unprofessionalism of the kitchen staff.

Every client could listen her and made us feel uncomfortable with her anger and aggressive tone. I asked the waitresses about her who and she told me, is the Boss. When I explain to the waitress how We were feeling she went to speak to her boss and the boss started laughing about what she was telling. She did not apologise or anything. Very disrespectful to her staff (there are wonderful people, delivering top service) and more to her clients that she do not look after at all. My levels of stress went up to 300% while listening her for about 20 min. I did not enjoy my ribeye and my partner neither his octopus, despite the food was good.
