Piano Suites — Hotel in Grad Split

I stayed at this apartment for 2 nights in June 2019. The place was extremely clean, modern and was generally a pleasure to stay in. It is located near many shops, cafes, restaurants etc., which is literally walking distance. The host Antes was polite, kind, was very hospitable and was always available to help out with directions or suggestions to where we should go and places where we could get discounts due to them being his friends. Due to the apartment being at such a high standard, it contributed to making my stay in Croatia being a pleasant holiday.

I usually don’t write reviews but because this apartment was at such a high standard, and the customer service was excellent I had to honour that and write one.

The Piano Suites is a set of beautiful, clean and well-appointed rooms in the perfect location for a trip to Split. Visit Diocletian's palace, take an easy hike through Marjan forest, sun and swim on the sparkling beaches, and enjoy the incredible food and friendly conversation with locals and tourists. Our host, Ante, started attending to our needs even before we arrived. He offered dining recommendations as well as shuttle service to the ferry and the airport. He helped us select and book excursions to historic Dubrovnik, the magical Krka Forest, and the pristine coast at Brela. Too much to see and do in...

Shocked when we arrived late at night to be dropped at a building in darkness, covered in graffiti. We didn't know how to get in because I hadn't read the instructions on my booking confirmation (my bad). However the taxi driver phoned the owners for us and got the codes to get inside. What a difference once inside. The rooms were clean and modern with excellent air con and tv with netflix and YouTube. The location was excellent. Only minutes away from the old town.
