Ocean Dreams Suites — Hotel in Ayia Napa

I faithfully booked into Ocean Dream Suites after seeing the wonderful and lovely photos on their website, and what a name; "Ocean Dream Suites", the photos matched the name for sure.||It is important to say that I am only speaking about the apartment I was allocated, I cannot speak about their other apartments there. ||But to be fair, the location and view was good, and some aspects of the apartment were ok, but after looking a little closer in the apartment after checking in, it went downhill, the bin in the toilet had no bag liner, I would not have used the glasses without washing them first, but the deal breakers for me was stained and stale smelling pillows, and when I checked under the matress sheet, the matress protector was covered in "stains"??, i`m sorry but there is no excuse for this disgusting lack of attention to cleanliness.||The photos on the website DID NOT reflect the reality of the apartment that I was given, it was total mis-representation, mine was the end apartment on the upper level, with a terrace/balcony, it was nothing like the photos, it only had a table and two chairs and looked sad and empty and the whole terrace/balcont needed a thorough clean.||I left the apartment, as I could not sleep on all of those bed and pillow stains, and I went to other accommodation, I could not get any refund, I would never book this property again.||My message to the owner, is customers expect website photos to be true, and expect clean bedding,...

Ocean dream suits are actually just 4 serviced apartments that are located close to the beach area . The apartments are spacious and there’s a cleaning services every day . We just spend a week and there’s nothing that would give a 4 star or a 8.8 review on booking. For over 100 euro a night , this place does not give anything else than a spacious place and a good location . We had to share rooms one night with our friends because of AC issues ( the hoast has proposed reimbursement or relocation for the night ) so we had to move . The room which was given to us was at ground floor where we shared a wall with the restaurant next door. Constant noise . When this stopped …there was more noise from the cafe bar located 5 m away and every morning from the cleaning ladies which have a small warehouse for their stuff right opposite the entry door of the room. Amenities are used / tired and need replacement . All of this would have been somehow overlooked …but I promise you that I was barely able to get any sleep on all 7 nights of our vacation . Location: very good. There is a public parking space nearby (which is full most of the times), no designated spot for the flats so this makes it difficult if you have a car (4/5)

Cleanness: decent, I didn’t like the fact that we had the same towels for three days, no rubbish collection and not even one toilet paper in the room. Its partly expected since its an apartment and not hotel room but if you stay for more than 3 days its not hygienic (3/5)

Room: cool decor and big bathroom BUT generally no convenient set up. E.g. no window in the room, the toilet room is too small and feels like part of the room (you can clearly hear the others peeing-I hated this part), the fridge is very small and the freezer is tiny. No duvet (only 1 thin bed sheet on top); the mattress and pillows are super uncomfortable. (2/5)
