Jello Cafe Restaurant — Restaurant in Ayia Napa

If you are planning on coming here, be prepared to wait. Was so disappointed with our visit. Not only did we have to wait for around 40 minutes to be served our meals, only for one of the dishes to be the wrong order. This got sent back to the kitchen to be replaced which then took another 15 minutes to come to the table. By this time I had already finished my meal, so we both ate alone. Was not offered a complimentary drink while waiting. Was not asked if everything was okay with our meals while eating. We ordered grilled prawns and a chicken kebab. The food was average. The rice was very bland, had to season with salt myself and the prawns were overcooked. Was not given anything off the bill and didn't even receive an apology. To me the restaurant did not seem that busy, but the staff looked like they needed support. Will not return. Hopefully they will hire some more staff before the season...

Everything works, food was tasty and service nice!

Ate some lunch with my family, Spring rolls were super crispy, chicken strips were also crispy and came with delicious curry mayonaise. Also the amount of rolls and strips were good (5-6) compared to price, so I really recommend these if you are looking for some finger food!

Burgers are ok, but in my opinion there could be much to improve. For example the cheaper burgers comes with pork/beef patty which is pretty low standard concidering the prices. Also the Angus beef patty is some kind of pre made disk like patty, which I do not expect to have in almost 20€ burger. Also the Black angus beef burger comes only with bbq mayo on the plate, so it did not taste anything than that when it was added to the burger.

Pasta dishes are huge and tasted great!

I have been a regular at Jello Bar in Agia Napa and have always enjoyed the outstanding service, exceptional food, and drinks. However, my visit on Thursday, May 2nd, was surprisingly disappointing. Despite there being several staff members on duty, service was unusually slow, and it was challenging to catch anyone's attention. Each time we needed service, we had to wave our arms repeatedly, and the responses were not accompanied by the usual warm smiles or welcoming attitude. This experience was not up to the high standards we’ve come to expect from Jello Bar. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive reminder to ensure that all guests receive the attentive and friendly service that Jello Bar is known for.
