Excellent Service and Rooms, with a Major Caveat

The service we received at Levante Boutique Apartments was simply superb. The people running the establishment are kind, helpful, and trustworthy, which we greatly appreciated. The apartments themselves are well-appointed, impeccably clean, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable stay.

However, we have a significant concern regarding security, which is more a matter of perception and process than a specific incident. The building does not have an active receptionist, and entry is controlled by a single keypad. The keypad is so worn that the numbers in the code are visibly faded, making it potentially easy to guess the combination. Furthermore, the code does not appear to have been changed in a long time. Once inside the lobby, the room keys are stored in a publicly accessible box. It doesn't take a stretch of the imagination to see how someone could potentially gain access to the building and then retrieve a key to a room. This is a serious issue that could be addressed with straightforward measures like regularly changing the code and securing the key storage system.

Potential guests should also be aware that some rooms are compact, comparable in size to a standard hotel room, and that the quality of the view can vary significantly from one unit to another. This is a consideration worth noting when booking.

Расположение найудобнейшее в городе!!! В номере есть практически все для нормального пребывания на отдыхе, за исключением, гладильной доски, сушилки для белья и полотенец, микроволновки, для курящих нет пепельниц и стульев на балконе, на фото конечно же все показано но видимо не для всех номеров поэтому курящим рекомендую уточнять бронируемый номер и его обеспечение . В остальном все есть , повторюсь все имеется. Номера данного заведения расположены на две стороны одна на улицу где видимо виды лучше, вторая во двор, вид с балкона не говорю про окна во двор внутренний и там на против просто стена вид вниз это двор с наличием в нем столов и кресел, но они просто стоят, так как никто туда не заходит по массе своих имеющихся причин, скажу сразу что не знаю почему там ни кого не бывает ... Видимо просто жарко и есть места где можно в городе провести время интереснее, но повторюсь ещё раз, отель новый в номере все отлично и красиво, но администратор ответственный за быт видимо считает что этого достаточно за 5 тр в день. Ремонт отличный, последствия его до сих пор наблюдаются в этом же внутреннем дворе, просто нужно убрать остатки строительного инвентаря и стр.материалов, электрика сделана качественно, вода всегда чистая и в объеме прекрасном, да при въезде вас ждёт маленький и приятный сюрприз отличное вино в холодильнике от заведения!!!! Рекомендую гостям из нашей родины данный отель, а все ранее сказанное мной выше уверен хозяева доделают!!! Берегите себя и будьте...

We loved staying here some days before going to coral bay next week. It’s a very stunning place, and i love the location, quiet and close everything. We got to do a lot in just a few days.
