Alchemies — Restaurant in Larnaca

Alchemies in Larnaka offers a delightful culinary experience, with a menu that can satisfy every taste. We tried the Burger Sliders and the Gnocchi with Chicken, Wine, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and Gruyère Cheese. And both were delicious.

The Burger Sliders were a real treat—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The combination of the melted cheese, the caramelized onions and the truffle mayo was perfect. Each slider was packed with rich, savory flavors, and the buns were soft

The Gnocchi were soft and pillowy, coated in a luxurious sauce that combined the richness of Gruyère cheese with the subtle sweetness of sun-dried tomatoes. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the addition of white wine added a delightful depth to the dish. Every element worked harmoniously, creating a comforting yet sophisticated flavor profile. I would prefer it without the lemon zest but that is my personal opinion because I don’t really like lemon.

Overall, the prices were reasonable and tge service really good. I would gladly revisit to try...

We had a very disappointing experience. The service was rude and unpleasant. We had a kid with us that only eats eggs and bacon and we asked them to make something for her and they said no we cannot do that even thought they had dishes with this ingredients (eg. English breakfast). The options were minimum and what we got was the least disappointing.

After we paid I informed the manager about our feedback in a kind way as a feedback for improvement and he was not willing to accept it. For the situation with the special food order he said "the chef does not accept to make changes of the plates so people can try his creations" and when I asked him what happens in case of allergies he said with a lot of difficulty we might have done an exception. He did not even apologise for the rudeness of his team members, I understand supporting your team but that was not the case.

I used to be a customer of alchemies but after today I am never going back and with me goes...

Place is nice BUT the staff is super slow and they didn't even care about us when we were sitting and waiting for menu .. finally one lady she appeared, I didn't even finish explaing to her what exactly I want to order, she was already walking in to the bar so I shout to her the last items she just waved her hend on me - rude ! We order 2 fredo esspreso ,one sweet and one with no sugar plus bottle of water with full ice glasses - so simple ! Instead we got a tap water and both sweet coffees, so I called the waitress again to explain the issue and she just took the things back didn't say anything with so grumpy and rude face look. When it came the time to pay we called her several times but she didn't even bother herself to come to our table she just stood there on her work station pretending she don't see us, so finally we get to the bar inside form the summer gardens spot we were sitting. If it's a self-service bar why to hiring all this...
