I arrived very late & delayed as the associates at the Cyprus airport were horrible slow, finally by the time I got out and got my rental it was 1:30am and to top it all off couldn’t find my Air b&b. From my research I remembered the Liv Hotel Mackenzie was in the area…I was tired and stressed thankfully I walked into the hotel and Theodoros at the front desk was so kind and super helpful checked me in and helped me with my luggage. LIV hotel must know what a wonderful helpful and kind human being Theodoros was to me and my daughter thank god he was there and helped us check in fast and smooth at 1:30am. The hotel was outstanding clean , bathroom was amazing.. room new and modern smelled fresh and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I had booked my week at this hotel instead of my A B&B…but I will definitely return . I cannot say enough about this hotel it’s truly amazing in a great location..only thing was I wished the gentleman the next day was as nice as Theodore’s..the new associate was rushing us out by 12pm…and we were still so tired !! Thanks THEODOROS you helped and saved us that night!You were gem and the LIV is blessed to have you working for them!! 5...

It was a last minute booking as I was lost and couldn’t find my Air b&b…|I was so thrilled I stayed at this beautiful hotel in Mackenzie.|It was 1:30am lost stressed out and my daughter and I were so tired luckily from doing my research prior to my trip I knew the LIV was in the area. I walked in explained my stress and that I was lost , how lucky was I that the kind and sweet gentleman Theodoros was extremely helpful and kind booked me a room immediately and helped me with my luggage at that time of night. The LIV is very lucky to have such a gem working for them..thank you Theodoros for your help and kindness. The room was gorgeous spotless and new. The best in my opinion in the area. I will definitely stay here again. EXCELLENT HOTEL!! I just wish the check out was later because I was so tired but the other worker at the desk wasn’t as kind as Theodoros and wanted us to leave right at 12. Still the Hotel was outstanding...

I can say without a doubt that this has been one of, if not the best hospitality experiences I have ever had. The staff is incredibly caring an knowledgeable, not intrusive at all, but always there to help if needed. The rooms are spotless and spacious with amazing seaside views. Consumables such as coffee and water are refilled everyday free of charge of course, and the cleaning staff is never intrusive. In terms of safety again a 5/5, we have left wallets and valuables in the room without any worries. We have booked this for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been a better experience. Also the restaurant downstairs offers a very good selection of modern and tasty food as well as very professional and pleasant staff. In my opinion ana absolute must stay if you...
