Lots of coffee shops, gelato shop, near beach that is extremely popular, lots of umbrellas, and beach is clean, no sea weeds! There is even a water sports rental shop.

Location: Quite near the McKenzie beach. Just a short walk. Choice of many good restaurants, coffee, homemade gelato shop near by.

Reception: Warm welcome with cheerful smile! I received the same warm welcome by the owners family, employees, and they even remembered me!

The hotel is located totally close to the ALL your needs and creature comforts.

Reaching the hotel: Only a short five minutes bus ride from Larnaca Airport (LCA) at the Larnaca City center! The bus stop is only few hundred feet from the hotel. You can save all the money from the taxi 🚕 rides.

When you reach LCA airport, go one floor upto the bus level at departures. Go under the bridge on the left and I was able to see the bus 425 waiting. The bus was air condioned, costed only two euros. Ask for McKinze beach bus stop. Cross the little grassy patch and you will be at the hotel Varanda.

Jasmine Restaurant: There is a nice clean restaurant on site. Food is delicious and prepared fresh on order. Chef Richard is a good cook and server lady originally from Lithiania is pleasant and serves with smile!

Chef Richard will give you personal attention, make food to your needs.

Menu is extensive. Burgers, drinks, pizza, authentic dishes specially prepared fresh by Chef Richard.

The service is prompt, and prices are reasonable.

Reception Staff: Excellent, and they are on the desk for almost 12 + hours.

Entry in the hotel: IF you party on the beach, there is an entry code provided for late entry after 11:00 PM.

No worries: Hotel staff is on the top of the game. You will receive clear instructions by email about any updates on how to arrive, and safety and complete care and comfort during the stay.

Hotel has a website!

Based on last year, they will even arrange a taxi to the airport, if needed.

House Keeping: Excellent! Towels are clean and nice. Daily house keeping. IF you do not want to be disturbed, just press a special button and a lighted sign appears next to your door.

Elevator: Available. that goes to all the floors! Elevator is clean.

Care and your safety, and home style service with careful details!

Rooms: Nice size. Building is in great condition. Windows in room. Some rooms have balconies, too.

AC: There is air conditioning in the rooms!

Rooms have shiny steel kettle! Provide coffee, tea bags. Clean glasses.

Bed: King size.

Place to keep your luggage!

Enough switches. Light controls.

Bathroom is quite large, with a window, large sink, toilet.

Towels: Excellent luxury quailty! Crisp and clean.

My three-night stay at La Veranda de Larnaca this past August was absolutely fantastic and I couldn't recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the incredible hospitality of the staff. They were genuinely friendly, and their assistance went above and beyond. They provided invaluable instructions on getting to the hotel from the airport and even took the time to explain the local bus system for traveling to other cities, which was a huge help. They were always on hand to assist and were more than happy to store luggage for most of the day after checkout. This level of service truly makes a difference and sets the hotel apart.

My room was a great for my needs, it was clean, modern, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the summer heat. While my room didn't have a direct sea view, the comfort and quality of the space were perfect for my needs.
