this only regards the inhouse restaurant Friuli... we visited the restaurant 3 times.
food is sometimes good sometimes inadequate service is friendly but can turn out to be a expensive acquaintance and laking the eye fore the individual customer
first day/visit restaurant was 1/2 full, time just around evening service start 18:00 we tried the pizza, burger, carpaccio, grilled lamb chops, PULLED PORK BURGER, all food was well prepared. waiters was not educated and not even told how to serve a plate or a drink. we could live with that. tip fore the waiter 150 czk . we left a knitted hat at the table and told the waiter as we left we forgot it , if he could please find it and return it 2 days later when we had a reservation fore x-mas.
X-mas dinner 17:25 we were among the first tables to order. no pizza´s as it would take at least 60 min we were told. we order 1x french fries and some tomato wedges that we orderd with the drinks for a small child 4 years old as he was very hungry fries came after 40 minutes and tomatoe wedges did we ask fore 4 times they came after 60 minutes. the top hat from last visit was not found . 2 older kids age 8 and 10 had 4 x spagetti before they were full . second round of spagetti was served before the rest of the main courses was ready, as the waiting time fore the main courses for the adult came 1 hour and 10 minutes after the order. we had the beef tenderloin , HAMBURGER „MEXICANA“ and the PULLED PORK BURGER. the waiter asked to the Steak Doneness and we ask fore Medium. unfortunetly they did´t serve it with any sauce this was a extra wich the waiter did not ask about so it was quite boring plate with a steak and some fries in a basket after 70 minutes of waiting. the pulled pork was fine. the burger mexicana was medium rare after 70 minutes of cooking and here the waiter did not ask about degree of Doneness.
eye contact with waiters was difficult as they were looking more at each other than at the guest. no waiters came to ask how the food was not even when we did extra drink oders or when they brought drinks. some of the girls were working as runners , mainly serving drinks and clearing empty bottles and plates. I had a half glas of wine taken and a glass of coke fortunetly i got it back after a few minuttes when adressing the staff.
waiting time after asking fore the bill was acceptable 15 minuttes unfortunetly the was many foreing objects on the bill that we didt have and even after pointing out the first mistake the waiter didt look it trough so we had to point out all mistakes = 6x 0´5 beer, 2 x fanta, 0.5 liter white wine. = 782 czk this time we were very disappointed . we told the staff we would be back fore the 31 = new years eve
new years eve 18:00 full booked restaurant. pre orderd dinner food was great except for a creme brulee that was low on taste and very stiff and with a layer of hardened caramelized sugar that was burned far to much. the rest of the menú was fine unfortunetly the service was almost at the same point as x-mas evening. when asking fore the drinks bill ( food was pre-paid) we had just a amount given on a credit card maschine. after paying we got the bill and notised it was from a different table and it was almost 150% more than our own. we really thought they would have learnd from x-mas and unfortunetly still no...

Cheating with payments: I booked a hotel room for 3 days for 400 euros 2 months before the arrival date and paid the booking in full. But we were 7 families and we booked 7 rooms. My friends booked rooms 1 month, 2 weeks in advance or came without a reservation and all paid less than 300 euros for 3 days for the same room. I asked for a refund of the difference since I had paid in advance. The boss of this hotel told me that he didn't care about my problem.
Provided a worse room: I booked a room with 1 shared bed, but they gave me a room with separate small beds, which were just side by side. I asked me to change the room, but the hotel boss told me that they don't have rooms with a shared bed. I asked my friends what kind of rooms they have and realized that I was again deceived.
Negligence at the parking We parked our car in the secure car park of this hotel. But at night, someone stole a car sign and scratched the entire hood of the car. I am attaching a photo below. The hotel is not responsible for this and in fact the parking lot is not guarded. Again deception!
Terrible food We ordered Christmas dinner for all our friends and paid for it in advance. During dinner, food was brought to us and 3 people had hair and dandruff in their food. We were replaced dishes after our request, but at the same time they shouted at us. Moreover, the food was so terrible that absolutely everyone who ate dinner was poisoned and vomited all night.
Finally, I want to say that this hotel is obliged to compensate us for causing inconvenience, but I know that he will not do this. And I understand that the representatives of the hotel will respond to this review with some nonsense. So just asking you to understand how our Christmas...

Hotel and rooms was nice and clean but ....New Year’s Eve, night 31/12/19 - 01/01/20 was a nightmare for us. Hotel organised a music bar before our windows (look please photo), music started at 5pm 31/12/19 and finished just 01/01/20 at 5am - 6am. A VERY loud music.
