The restaurant has an inviting and a premium atmosphere. It is really nice to dine in.

Service was good. Food came pretty quickly. The presentation is art. 😁

The pork was cooked perfectly. It was really well-seasoned and tasty, so was the veal and schnitzel. The chefs clearly know what they're doing. Although I wasn't quite a big fan of the grilled vegetables, it still resonated with the pork pretty well. Veal was super soft and cooked perfectly as well. What I liked especially is that everything is drowned in sauce.

Outstanding cuisine, skillfully crafted by the chef. We visited with two young children, avoiding peak hours, and had no issues at all. They provided booster seats, coloring pencils, and a kids’ menu that was genuinely delicious (which is quite rare!). Po návštěvě restaurace bych doporučil personálu si projít základní receptury, procesy přípravy a servisu koktejlů, které mají na menu.

U koktejlů, jako je Negroni či Margarita, je jasně daná receptura a postup přípravy. Experimentovat se servisem nevadí, ale tyto drinky byly opravdu tragické. Barman naleje do skleničky, ve které bude nápoj i servírovat obsah koktejlů, led a k tomu plátek pomeranče, a 2x – opravdu 2x – obsah promíchne? Pokud nemáte čas na důkladnou přípravu v míchací sklenici, tak je to pochopitelné, ale v tomto případě prosím nenabízejte složitější koktejly vyžadující delší přípravu.

Margarita bez solné krusty (pochopil bych, pokud by se obsluha zeptala, zda ji chceme či ne), ve které plavou zbytky ledu a plátky limetky. Info pro vás: limetka není jen ozdoba, dává se na sklenici pro případné okyselení drinku dle preferencí… u vás by to bylo potřeba, protože limetková šťáva použita nebyla ani do základu. Margarita se do sklenice servíruje přes sítko, aby byly odstraněny všechny části ledu (doporučuji zakoupit a používat).
