Culinary Aroma — Restaurant in Prague

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Culinary Aroma, and it was truly a disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and they seemed to be more interested in socializing with each other than in serving their customers.

I ordered the spaghetti carbonara, which is one of my favorite dishes. However, the dish that was served to me was a far cry from the classic carbonara I know and love. The sauce was far from good, and the pasta was undercooked and half done.

Overall, my experience was terrible. The food was bad, the service was worse, and I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I left the restaurant feeling angry and frustrated. I will never go back.

The food was good but the staf attitude was horrible. We went there for first time for a family dinner - 5 people . The restourant was almost empty,and most of the big tables for 6 pax were marked reserved . The waitress offered as the table for 4 in the area usulay used for familieas with small kids. We aksed for a big table but she refused by saying they are reserved. Without other choice we took the small table. Onather waitress came for the orders, we asked if we can change the table, she said no problem and offered us the bigger table marked "reserved".

For the time we stayed there no other customers for the reserved tables arrived.

Will never return and recommend this place with no value on...

If you HAVE to eat in a mall... (just not many unique, non-franchised options) This place is excellent! Gnocchi Aroma is HIGHLY recommended with sauteed garlic pieces along with the meat. Delicious. A glass walled pasta-making station ensures freshness. Not a large draft beer selection for Prague, but they have other choices, too. Staff was busy and attentive but clipped and not overly friendly. Situated with many windows on the malls top floor, so the good side of that is lots of natural light... bad side? It's next to dino-world and at end of the food-court so lots of echo-y, family-type noise. Since we're staying nearby I think I'd get a to-go order next time. That sauce was crave-worthy...
