I stayed here for my first month in Prague and it was perfect! I had a three bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. The flat was gorgeous! Newly remodeled and it had everything I needed. A full set of dishes and pans. A washer and drying rack. An ironing board and iron. Dish towels, dish soap, and sponges. A dishwasher. A hairdryer. An actual shower!! The building also has 24/7 security and the guards are super friendly. The Wifi is incredibly strong and reliable. I had a lot of homework to do each night so this was a Godsend. The flat is attached to the Cortes Restaurant but you don't smell the food like you might expect and you don't hear anything from the restaurant. Although, you should eat there because it is delicious and fairly priced, especially their lunch menu.
The price was amazing! Very affordable and since I was in school for this month and not working that was very important to me.
The location (Prague 9) is amazing too! I was within walking distance to the O2 Arena where I watched Sparta hockey games and the World Floorball Championships. Also, the Fenix mall is a 2 minute walk away and has everything you need - drug store, full grocery store, food court, post office, etc. The Vysocanska metro station is right across from the Fenix so you can easily get everywhere you need to go. There are two cute parks and a little river for walking. The park by Vysocanska even has a mini Christmas Market and live music.
The Property Manager is very responsive and immediately answered any email I sent to him. Simple requests (like a cutting board and help with my heat) were accommodated immediately. The front desk staff is very helpful. You can even print from the computer in the lobby which was great when I had to print tickets for sporting events.
The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I had to switch flats a week in so that they could renovate the one I was originally in. They gave me like a 3 hour deadline to move and it was in the middle of a school day so I frantically packed and made three trips up and down four flights of stairs ony lunch break trying to get it all done. I feel like they should have either waited until the weekend or, at the very least, offered to help me move since it was due to no fault of my own. Minor inconvenience overall and the new flat was well worth the...

Read moreWorst attention I ever received. I paid money to be treated like garbage at the front desk. My colleague and I arrived separately with the same charming employee telling us their instructions were they would not receive payment from our app company credit card. So we either paid some other way or out in the street. The man also said they hotel does not process virtual payments on a weekend and that the payment must be a figment of our imagination because it was not shown on his screen. We paid from our pocket and landed in attic rooms with 60 cm wide berths for beds, I am 6 foot, my feet dangled outside the bed. The hotel is building something outside, so....believe it or not, they sell earplugs for the noise that they create. At the end of the check out, the man was actually shocked when I told him he was rude. If he believed his behaviour was normal, then our cultural differences are abysmal...
