I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this store. As an Asian customer, I felt I was treated differently compared to others, eventhough the staff was clearly either an Asian Czech or coming from Asia just like where I’m from as well.

When I asked a simple question about what was available, the staff member not only refused to look me in the eye but also shrugged dismissively, showing a clear lack of respect. However, when my boyfriend (who is Czech) placed his order, the same staff member spoke to him warmly, with a smile and a noticeably better attitude.

It was disheartening to experience such differential treatment, and I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope the store can work on treating all customers with equal respect and kindness. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t...

Once you understand that it is a canteen, not a restaurant, all is fine. Food was good and for the very good price.

There is no service as such, you order and pick your food at the counter. Lady there was pleasant and smiling, however had a bit of a difficulty with the Czech language.

I did not very much like the sitting area, hence four stars, but again it is a canteen, not a restaurant. Overall I was satisfied, but there are slightly better choices close enough, so I personally will not be back.
