Disappointing and Unwelcoming Experience (October 4, 2025)

We walked into this restaurant in Prague hoping for a pleasant meal, but the table we were about to sit at reeked of vomit. As we tried to choose another spot, the staff watched us with visible disdain. When we moved away from the unpleasant table, the waiter demonstratively pushed the chair in behind us without a word—an act that felt intentionally hostile.

Throughout our brief time there, the staff remained cold and unfriendly, staring at us as if foreign guests were unwelcome. The menu offered only two types of beer, which was surprisingly limited for a Czech establishment. Feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, we decided to leave...

Lovely place. the food was great and came fast, the prices were very fair, and the service was super friendly. I can strongly recommend it and will likely be back before we leave Prague, or when we return. Do note that if it's busy and you don't have a reservation you need to go to the downstairs level, and there are only stairs there, so probably not so great if you have any wheels involved...

Great local food and service in Vysocany area! Svickova and tartar were tasty! And of course, beer! We would be happy to taste Koleno during our next visit, as last time it was missing in the menu.
