Finally found a restaurant in Prague with delicious food after staying here for 5days. Parking in front of the restaurant with a small payment. Arrived here at past 14 o'clock but they will close at 15 o'clock because of a reservation but we were still accommodated. And they have the best tasting food ever here in Prague. Just the bread alone and the spread tasted good. That spread already tasted like a meal! I was also surprised at the lemonade served as it was served in a small carafe but the price was just 80 crowns! The RIBS! The pork barbeque ribs was perfection. Very tender and delicious. The lamb was also very tasty. I was already expecting it to be bad because of the limited time but it was served beautifully and hot and fall of the bones. The serving was just too much for not a big eater like me. Service was fast and friendly. We went out very full and happy. Thank you! We drove extra just to go to this restaurant and it's true that most of the good restaurants are far from the touristy place. Worth a visit, and if only we have more time left we will visit often....

Our casual visit to Pepr a Sul, didn't go to plan. Hostile service, from the A to Z till the moment when we paid and nobody even say thank you for our payment. Cafe latte served in a wrong glass, bread dried, garlic soup with pouched egg very good though. We didn't order more as didn't want to risk stomach ulcers in this hostile environment so often to see in this post industrial neighbourhood of Prague 9 Vysocany where live and work people mostly of underprivileged and poor origin (no matter how well off they are now) with scarse or none notion of professional conduct. In the restaurant there were further 2 more guests. You may ask why?

Casualni navsteva Pepr a Sul nedopadla dobre. Servirka nevraziva od okamziku, kdy jsme vstoupili az do chvile, kdy jsme zaplatili. Za platbu ani nepodekovala. Cafe latte servirovano ve spatnem 'skle', chleb k polevce oschly, polevka cesnekova vyborna. Dale jsme uz nic neobjednavali, abychom si v hostilnim prostredi neuhnali vredy.
