My best hotel experience so far. The place is in a historical building kept in great condition, but inside is very much modernized, spotlessly clean, and decorated in a lovely way that aligns with the architecture's style. At check-in we were offered a drink. The staff was super friendly and considerate. The room doesn't look unnecessarily fancy at the first sight but I've never seen such a variety of snacks on the mini bar. There is also a tea/coffee selection for free and a small coffee machine. A bottle of water (always refilled when we finished it) and a glass on each side of the bed. The bed is super comfortable. The cosmetics provided in the bathroom is of great quality and smells so good. The hairdryer is not some uncomfortable small machine mounted on the wall but a professional Philips hairdryer 🤯 They really went above and beyond to pamper us. The breakfast is simple (small buffet with 5 dishes a la carte to choose from) but of very good quality. The most special thing about the breakfast is that you have one of the best view over Prague Old Town from there. We initially were planning to get breakfast in other cafés but ended up sipping our coffee and watching the scenery with chill Jazz music in the background every morning (check my video with sound on.) The level of calmness and comfort is luxurious. The location is unexpectedly great. Within 20 minutes walking distance you have the Prague castle in the north, Charles bridge and Old Town in the east, and the observation tower + mirror maze in the south. I would not stay anywhere else when I visit Prague next time.

For me it was a 2 to 3 star rating experience. But I’ll be generous and go with 3. My checkin experience was good. Daniel was very kind and friendly. But he should definitely align with housekeeping regarding what amenities they replenish. The other gentleman Oleksi was also nice to answer my queries. Now the problems I had was (a) very poor internet connection (b) very poor sound proofing of the room. I told Ms M* that the internet connection was poor. Instead of understanding why that could be the case, she gave a long winded explanation about how she also uses the same WiFi connection, how it works just fine, how I’m wrong.. yada yada yada. She doesn’t know how WiFi works and she was wrong to say that the employees use the same connection as guests. I didn’t even mention the sound problem as I already knew what to expect. All in all, I’m not staying here again if I happen to visit Prague. Edit: the problem wasn’t on the side of internet provider. YouTube on TV was working fine. Just agree that WiFi coverage in the room was poor.

Beautiful hotel located in a picturesque and quaint area of town. It is a minute away from a tram stop, which takes you to all the important areas of Prague. It is also located behind the Strahov Monastery and gardens, which offers a superb and spectacular view of town. In addition, the hotel is not too far away from Prague Castle. It is just a ten minute walk on a winding and scenic road. When it is night, the entire area becomes very quiet, and you can enjoy a lovely walk in the vicinity of the neighborhood. The hotel staff are attentive and receptive to your concerns. The front desk is open 24/7 if you need anything. The daily breakfast has an a la carte menu that is delicious. Other hotels might be more luxurious, but no hotel in Prague offers a better location. You will love it.

The Questenberk Hotel is The Best Hotel I have Ever stayed in. I have stayed in a lot of hotels during my Travels of 19 Years. I extended My Stay in Praha due to the Fact, that, I was so impressed with the consumate Professionalism of the Staff at The Questenberk... I have never seen such Dedication, Professional Work Ethic and Clinical Precision in All My 39 Years. I don't make Recommendations lightly. Not only is it a Privilege to Experience such Class and Elegance and Genuiniety, The Hotel itself is also, a Highly Unique Experience. The Hotel was once a Monastery, a Place of Peace and Quiet and Solemn Prayer and Love. The Atmosphere of The Questenberk Hotel, Retains, in it's very Walls, The Blissful Peace and Calm that The Monks have embedded in The Ether and Soul of This Magical, Wonderful Place. Overlooking Petrin Hill Park and Petrin Tower, not to mention, an Incredible View of Dear, Sweet Praha Herself ... If You are Reading this, Listen Closely Now... Do Not Deprive Yourself of Experiencing Real Magic at a Most Welcoming and Delightful Host, even One Night, Before You too, Exit This Existence For Ports Unknown... Peter Gill.

Last Word... A Very Special Mention... One Young Lady who works at The Questenberk at Reception. Her name is Ksenia, She is an Absolute Credit to The Owners, Management and Her Fellow Colleagues. A Very Impressive Young Person for 20 Years of Age. Every Ship Needs a True Captain, a Professional, A Person Who Truly Believes in The Work that She/He is Doing. I Entirely Believe That Ksenia Will Captain Many Ships as She Sails Her Own Ocean Through This Great Mystery That We...
