I would like to bring to your attention an issue I recently faced while purchasing one of the fish types from your store. I bought a type called “Bonjez” at a price of EGP 120 per kilogram.

The salesperson informed me that this fish belongs to the “Shaour” (Seabream) family, whereas the well-known market price for genuine Shaour ranges between EGP 300 and 350 per kilogram. However, I was surprised to find that you are offering some of these types at EGP 600 per kilogram, which raised my concern.

As a fisherman and boat owner, I am quite familiar with various fish species and their usual prices. I tried to clarify this matter to the seller, but he insisted that the fish was of another type called “Khormy”, not Bonjez or Shaour, which caused confusion and doubts about the accuracy of the classification and pricing.

It's a seafood restaurant, it's cheap. Taxes and service fees are also included in the price.

But they're so unkind. They're so unkind. When I go upstairs, they tell me to order first, and I'm being very unkind. I find it very annoying to come upstairs and give you the menu. There's no such thing as a smile in this restaurant. It's hard to understand how someone would operate this way. If the staff at this restaurant were a little friendly, more customers come.
