I want to notify that my review is valid for Agra Roma restaurant just across Marina pole on the edge of Sakala and Sheraton Road. Since the onsight of the restaurant has changed but the name remained and no opdate has been made on the looks of the restaurant.
It went completely wrong from the get go! The music got turned up way too loud to have decent conversations and we even had to yell our orders to the waiter. Since 1 person of us did not know her main course yet we ordered the starters and later he would come back for the main course, but he was ready to take the other 2 orders in advance. So far that does not seem like a problem.
And so we wait for our starters and the waiter to return. But he did not come back untill the starters were ready and instead of just the starters he showed up with 3 starters and 2 main courses at the same time. For a company of 3?! We then had to order the 3rd main course as well with which he showed up a rough 10 minutes later when all the other main dishes were allready cold.
In the meanwhile 2 guest couples started yelling and fighting with each other while the waiters were just standing by and watched. So we finished our dinner and decided to leave there and never come back again!
Then came the next major issue!!! After reviewing the check at the hotel they seem to charge 349,20£E for Service Charge, well if you read the above i do not know where the hell we paid for. And on top of that they charge a whopping 456,29£E for sales tax?!
THIS RESTAURANT IS STEALING A LOT OF MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS AND YOU'RE WAY BETTER OFF AT THEIR GREEK NEIGHBOUR AT WHICH WE ATE WITH 6 PEOPLE FOR +- THE SAME...

First restaurant we visited in Hurghada, sadly this was the worst eating experience. I really don't know how this is rated so highly on Google.
The waiter was aggressive and did not give us even a minute to see the menu.
We ordered quattro fromage pizza, chicken tawook (supposed to be skewers of chicken breast), BBQ chicken, Mexican chicken burger and spaghetti Bolognese. Not to my surprise, it was dreadful (and I'm someone who doesn't omplain about food). All was frozen, the chicken did not taste fresh at all, the burger was mainly dry brittle bread and the ?chicken In between the aged buns was dry and malnourished. The pizza was blatantly generic frozen pizza you pick up from the supermarket- it was evidently microwaved - was soggy and chewy. The BBQ chicken consisted of 2 dry, gritty tiny pieces of chicken. The Bolognese was the only tolerable thing. Also, we ordered a strawberry smoothie which tasted like it had passed its expiry. We tried to explain this to the waiter but didn't understand, he did exchange this though.
The staff there are very loud, unprofessional and not very welcoming.
I don't usually write reviews this lengthy but feel it was important for this occasion.
Not worth my £26!
Hope you have a better experience than me, you...
