I had a really bad experience tonight, I order Shawarma dish and the price was 140 EGP then I have asked the waiter, can you please mix this order chicken and meat and he said yes…. Ok …. Because the other order was named in the menu with double mix Shawarma and actually costed 250 EGP for me this is too much amount of food and I was so clear that I need this small amount of food and I refused the waiter if he can divide it to meat and chicken and he said yes, he was able to say no

But actually, at the last moment when I come to pay my bill, I find it 250 and I asked why I fingered this dish and I said I want this dish and excuse the waiter I said okay no problem and now guys you are faking me actually the waiter was so polite and nice. You given your reaction but the owner of the restaurant are dying for one is a 1 pound. This was really too much for nothing !!!

This is one board second part I ordered also like a grilled chicken and it was really burning and the first was bad actually bad!!!

When you order wear my need to expect that you will eat just bread Blair loaded with bread and finally you can smell something like garlic sauce or something like this

Experience in general with the prices and the food was ready dad and not recommended place. I think I will never go or even go away in front of this restaurant.

Toilet was not that much of clean what I should say …. not recommended

You can see in the photo how much the order was fitting the 140 Egyptian pound but they were fighting just to charge me with the biggest order 250 and a band when they invented that they have a proper they said okay you need to pay 140 but the poor waiter he will pay the rest from his salary or they will take the money from his salary in which world we live oh my God that was a horrible experience 🥲🫤🫤🫤🫤🫤

Bad service for regular customers! We have been in hurghada about 2 weeks and eaten at this restaurant 4 times during this time and the food has been very good. When we were about to go our fifth time, we took my cousin's family there with us. The kids went in to play in their kids zone while we were ordering then my cousin's son came out of there sad and when we asked him what happened he said that the woman who works in the kids zone had told him to just leave after he had set up some skittles and played bowling inside. When we went to ask her why? She said that he rolled the plastic ball too hard, so she told him to leave immediately without, for example, just giving a warning first. So we ask if he could go back in as the rest of our children are still in there then she just said unpleasantly no he may never get in there again. When we told her that then we can not stay here and eat, we got the answer that it is not her problem! So then we took the kids out of there and went out. On the way out, our waiter (we have had the same one almost every time) asked us why we suddenly go because we have not even had time to order yet. Then I told him what had happened then he replied only an "aha" and so he went on. We were very disappointed by their behavior and arrogance. It was a pity because they had good food but now we really feel that we do not want to go back there when there are so many other restaurants that care about their customers. I am Syrian moving around Egyptian cities.

As a Syrian restaurant the food mainly Shawarma ( chicken and meat ) was delicious and tasty enough to be Syrian shawarma.

The decorations are close enough to Syrian atmosphere.

Comfortable seats, two kinds of seating are available, tables and chairs or wide sofas surrounding a small artificial Damascus style fountain.

Kids zone is available too with wide enough area.

Good place for meeting dinners or friends hanging out.

Prices are within average of Egyptian market. Good and tasty drinks.

Service was cool and fast my order was ready on the table within 16 mins.

Take away and delivery orders are available.

The staff are so nice and helpful.
