Read moreI'm writing this review to details my 1 week stay in this hotel. I booked the biggest room with a balcony. Location : 5/5, the hotel sits right in the middle of cairo in a very strategic location. You can find supermarket, metro stations, electronics stores, and many local restaurants nearby. You wouldn't need a cab or a car to discover the area around you. Just know that it's a very lively area, so if you're not into that you might want to consider another place. I personally prefer it since you can't be a victim of theft when there is a lot of people around you.
Comfort: 4/5 The beds and bed sheets are very comfortable and I didn't find any difficulty sleeping on them. The only problem was the noise outside, since the balcony isn't sound proof. Just sleep early at night and it wouldn't be a problem.
Service and staff : 5/5 The hotel is basically one floor, so the reception is directly outside your door. You can ask them whatever you want and they would make their best to serve you as quick as possible. They're all friendly and helpful,i didn't face any problem with their attitude. The receptionist murein in particular is a sweetheart, and would help you even with your concerns outside the hotel premises, such as places to visit and hints about how to wander through the city. They also offer complimentary breakfast depending on the bundle you purchased.
Just remember to purchase a SIM card with Internet for your stay, since you really need it outside the hotel. You will also need it if the wifi in the hotel is being a bit sluggish (which happens a lot ;p)
Price and value for money: This hotel is perfect for people who are traveling on a budget, but want a safe place to stay and enjoy their time. The money you will save by choosing this place can be spent on discovering the whole city. Overall I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here the next time I...
