Where do I begin… pictures online do not match what the actual room is. First you’re greeted with the most dangerous elevator I’ve ever been in, there is no door that closes to stop you from injuring yourself. Once you get to the lobby, the people are very friendly and willing to assist. Once entered our assigned room, we first noticed that the room was very dirty. There were no towels at all and there were no windows. The doors led onto a patio onto the main road. The doors did not close properly and that meant that a huge amount of noise was coming in. The amenities state WiFi. But it’s not reachable in the room and when you finally get a signal, it struggles to connect with the speed. The linen was stained on the bed with god knows what. The bathroom was not clean at all. Let my pictures do the talking here. Breakfast was simple. But there are lots of flys in the canteen as well as a man who constantly smokes. There is no window in the canteen so the smoke from cigarettes is quite nauseating. The room is not cleaned daily. There is no towel change. There are no toiletries given daily like simple soap and shampoo or toilet paper. You have to request this. I had to request for them to come and clean our room. The floors are so dirty that we ended up using one of the towels on the floor to stop our feet getting dirty. Overall, not a good experience. Yes, the staff are friendly but it doesn’t help with the issues of the stay. The images are very deceiving to what you actually get in the hotel. I won’t be staying here again anytime soon. I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, with visible dust and grime. To make matters worse, the towels were damp, stained, and had hair on them, which was very unsettling. The hotel was incredibly noisy, with constant sounds from outside. If you're a light sleeper, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The staff, unfortunately, were rude and unhelpful, which only added to the unpleasant experience. Breakfast was included, but it was disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. Even though it was supposed to be free, they charged extra for a simple coffee, which felt unreasonable. Отличный чистый отель. приветлевы и отзывчивый персонал, локация супер (центр города).Мне дали чистое постельное белье, полотенце и все нелбходимые ванные принадлежности. Вкусный и сытный завтрак. На этаже есть общая кухня где есть вся необходимая посуда и можно сворить себе кофе (в этой кухне всегда порядок и все на своих местах) Не много меня огорчило что в Single room нету окна, есть маленькая форточка чтобы проверить, но на пару ночей терпима, номер был очень чистый. Я видела комнаты на 2, 3 человека они были идеальны. В первый день что-то произошло с электричеством и почти весь день не было воды и электричество. Хотя в этом не было вины персонала (такое может произайти в любом месте) они все извинялись за это. И так как я не могла выйти гулять не имея зарядку в телефоне и мой день был потерян, мне позволили в день отъезда остаться до конца в номере и мой check out был вечером, за что отдельное спасибо менеджеру. Если я однажды приеду в Каир это будет однозначно New Park Plaza hotel❤️Excellent clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, super location (city center). I was given clean bed linen, a towel and all the necessary bathroom accessories. Delicious and hearty breakfast. On the floor there is a shared kitchen where there are all the necessary utensils and you can make yourself a coffee (this kitchen is always tidy and everything is in its place) I was a little upset that the Single room does not have a window, there is a small window to check, but for a couple of nights it is bearable, the room was very clean. I saw rooms for 2, 3 people, they were ideal. On the first day something happened with the electricity and almost the whole day there was no water and electricity. Although this was not the fault of the staff (this can happen anywhere) they all apologized for it. And since I could not go out for a walk without having a charger in my phone and my day was lost, on the day of departure they allowed me to stay in the room until the end and my check out was in the evening, for which special thanks to the manager. If I ever come to Cairo it will definitely be New Park...
