B.Laban — Restaurant in Cairo

I got the mango kunbla, was nothing like the description, no basbosa, kunafa or qeshta. Just mango and rice. Additionally it was late night the staff half of them were sitting down while the other half were chit chatting while I along with other customers were waiting for the order. Terrible service and taste isn’t even worth it. I tried other places in Cairo that had pretty much same and cheaper desserts and tasted much better with much better service. Idk about other branches but this one I WOULD NOT recommend. It really isn’t...

Love the food but 1st I ordered my order at 10:39 still till now at 1:13 am i DID NOT recive my order the place called me telling me we don't have crep available right now with all rudness and they called me 2 HOURS later after to tell me that, i still cant belive that, i love blabn but this is certainly the last time i will be ordering from blabn im with them on a call right now and they are faking telling me u changed the order AND I DIDNT,THIS IS CERTAINLY...

The Worst Experience at B.Laban – Talaat Harb Branch

I’ve never been this disappointed in a dessert place. The staff at the Talaat Harb branch of B.Laban in Ismailia, Abdeen are the definition of unprofessional. The service is painfully slow, and despite the food being clearly ready, they just let it sit there while customers wait endlessly. When I asked about my order, I was met with dismissive attitudes and zero urgency.

But the worst part? There was a Korean family next to us trying to order ice cream, and the staff were openly mocking the woman’s accent and laughing behind the counter. It was shameful, disrespectful, and downright racist. This kind of behavior should never be acceptable anywhere, especially in a place that claims to serve the public.

Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of better dessert spots in Cairo that actually respect their customers.

بجد أسوأ محل حلويات دخلته. الخدمة في فرع طلعت حرب – إسماعيلية، عابدين كانت سيئة جدًا. الطلبات كانت جاهزة وواقفة على الكاونتر، بس الموظفين واقفين بيهرجوا ومش بيسلموها، وكأن الزبون مش موجود. ولما سألت عن طلبي، كان فيه قلة ذوق وتجاهل غريب.

اللي حصل بعد كده كان أسوأ بكتير... كانت فيه عيلة كورية بتحاول تطلب آيس كريم، والموظفين بيضحكوا ويسخروا من لهجة الست. ده قمة قلة الأدب وقلة الاحترام، وموقف بصراحة عنصري ومخزي.

بلاش تروحوا المكان ده خالص، فيه ألف مكان أحسن منه، وناس...
