Rhala Hostel Egypt — Hotel in Cairo

These 5/5 evaluations can only be a scam! I am still here. I think we need to be careful with evaluation in Egypt. It is impossible that this hostel has such a high evaluation.

The hostel is filthy filthy. A hazard. I only don't leave here now because it is late and I have already paid.

I am a traveller and never stayed in such a dirty place.

The shower fell off over my head. It smellThe lift door doesn't close. So you go up and down watching all this dirtiness.

There is no locker. No place to put your stuff

Disgusting!

The guy at the door seems nice. But I am just in my bed. Because I don't want to leave my stuff alone. lol they so me taking pictures and kicked out. Refunded my money. He said that it was not what I was expecting. No. It should be closed. HAZARD. Shucran

This place has a vibe that doesn't exist in any other place i've been to , i think it's the staff, they work 24/7 so any time i needed something there is one available, they all speak English very well so it's so much easier to communicate, i had a lil confusion about what am i going to do in Egypt and what to visit first and what to not visit at all, so they gave me a free information about all tourism sites in egypt, then they made me the best plan there was for the 7 days accomodation that i had, and as if that was not already enough ... they helped me with the best tours for the best prices, (Ibrahim, noor) thank you for...

The hostel is at a convenient location. The staff is kind and helpful. Always available to help and answer questions. We had a spacious room which was generally clean, apart from the floor that was dirty. The toilet in the room has no roof, so it is not separated from the rest of the room. Our window had no glass, just the wooden frame. The building is super old. There is a half broken lift to take you to the 4th floor and the stairs are disgusting dirty.
