Definitely not recommended. Nor the fellow at the cash register , neither the floor manager can keep the rude, obnoxious, lazy personnel at leash. Also seems they don't like tourists, for ulterior reasons. Needless to say that we got euros or dollars or Egypt pounds to spend, plus a tip ( which locals don't do)...I had to get my money back afterwards for a lengthy waiting period for just 2 wraps whilst the cooks ( specially an arrogant light skin fellow making non positive comments about us )....Whilst I speak Portuguese , English and a little Italian, the convenience of Google Voice Audio Translate app is sooooo useful.... The aforementioned prickly subject is costing the business a lot of money while the uncaring supervision is getting paid to play with the cheap android phone..Just like the Italians say "vanfanc___! Oh by the way, I'm attaching a pic of one of the culprits that left an order for 4 just to smoke again...in a 20 minute span.... Avoid and don't visit..They don't deserve...

Visited Al Hamra Street Restaurant in Cairo and had an amazing experience! They offer a variety of shawarma options, but the standout was their Sausage Shawarma. The Beef Burger and Chicken Breast Burger were also incredibly delicious.

The restaurant has a seating area and is conveniently located very near to the hotel . What impressed me most was the open kitchen where food preparation is done in front of you, ensuring transparency and hygiene.

The kitchen's cleanliness and attention to detail are commendable. Overall, it was a great dining experience with flavorful food and good service.

Food...

Everyone working there is super friendly , from the cashier to the shawarma chef. I seriously liked the vibe . I ordered a Lebanese sausage shawarma in regular pita bread "they call it lebanese bread" and I didn't expect it to be that delicious to be honest. The sandwich was too small and too expensive for its size though, it didn't fill me up!! For 38 Egyptian pounds I would have bought a nice FILLING MEAL from anywhere else in downtown!! I hope they do something about their Leabnese Sausage Shawarma sandwiches size in the future, and use less oil and grease in...
