Environment: loud noisy music. Took us 4 times asking them to turn it down and then walk to the cashier desk to have them finally listen and change the music and lower it only slightly.

The food and service: promised to add 20 EGP For added chicken, only to add 40 in the check, delivered the wrong type of burger which was 50 EGP more expensive and then argued with us for 15 mins that it was our fault that we did not correct their mistake of delivering the wrong burger, there were 3 men in sunglasses simultaneously throwing senseless arguments in our face (that we should’ve spat the food out and returned it and that we should’ve had eyes to see that we received the wrong order). Finally, after we asked for the original paper on which they wrote the order, they devised one on the spot as well as giving us a receipt that wasn’t ours to begin with. Absolutely horrible management & they made fun of us when we threatened to write a bad review.

After writing the review, I read other reviews only to find similar experiences as far as 4 years ago, and someone responding as the owner with bad grammar and sometimes unapologetically. This place might just leave you pissed and angry. My friends and I were still shaking a while after the very disrespectful argument we had. What happened in the end was that they returned 40 EGP out of the 90 EGP we were owed (50+20 * tax/service). Do not end up running out of breath just to get what you’re owed, please find other spots with better reviews or try north...

We went there twice, we ordered lentil soup, chicken mushroom cream soup, chicken mushroom pasta, fish fillet plate with rice, chicken lemon plate with rice, lemon mint drinks, and hookah. Wouldn't recommend the hookah or the soups tbh, too watery and have no taste. The chicken mushroom pasta was good. The fish fillet plate was the best we had there, it literally melts in your mouth. The salads were salty, only baba ghanoug was good. Rice in both plates (different dates) wasn't fully cooked. Price range is average, fair portions. I had some incident there with my order and didn't like how it was handled nor the attitude given. Despite having many waiters there, we had to repeat our orders/requests multiple times which was annoying, also orders took forever to be prepared. NOT RECOMMENDED, SCAMMERS! My friends and I were standing outside of the restaurant, considering sitting down. The waiter came over to convince us to sit there. We told him that we wanted to sit on the chaise lounge, but we had just eaten breakfast and wouldn't be ordering food. He said, "Yes, sure, they're all occupied now, but they'll be free in half an hour at the most. You can sit there then, but you have to order a drink." So, we sat at another table and ordered 2 coffee and 1 fruit juice. Before we even got our order, he came back to us and said, "When I said 'get a drink' I meant juice, not coffee." (We were already planning to order juice after our coffee.) Anyway, about 40 minutes later, the chaise lounges were free, so we asked him to move us over there.
