Service could not have been worse. Impossible to get any service.. no orders taken, no coffee delivered, took an hour to get food and a cup of coffee and even then it was a wrong order. People next to me left because they had been waiting so long.
So many people working, almost no one in the place and still a fundamental inability to take an order and deliver it. Coffee is important .. waiting so long is unforgivable. Totally happy to have a relaxed vibe.. but a stressed out team who can’t cope with a handful of orders, is not a relaxed vibe.
I’ve just waited 30 minutes to order a juice and even I finally managed to ask, the guy not have been more rude and uninterested. He is stressed out. And not coping. If you’re struggling to serve on time, and can’t manage the simple task of taking orders (there’s only 5 tables) and delivering coffee, at least be nice to customers!

So we went to ask what the hold up was and the guy totally forgot about our order!?? We waited further... Still no coffee... So my partner went to ask if we could at least get the coffee and still another few mins passed and people who arrived after us got their drinks. And our mango juice ended up at a different table.
We finally had enough, hungry at this stage, we asked where our breakfast was. He went into the kitchen and came out with half of our order. No bread or anything to eat the fool or eggs with, no Cuttlery. So we knew we would be waiting another half hour for the rest of the dish, by which point the food would be cold. So we decided to up and leave, got our money back and vowed never to return.
Such a shame as the vibe was nice but having to wait over an hour and not even receive your drinks is unacceptable,...
