Me and my mate stayed here for two nights during our trip to El Tunco Beach. To get to the hotel you need to go all the way to end of the road, as it is one way and turn left at the T junction. Then it is on the left just after Mikela Bar. Staff were really friendly and understanding as we delivered our poor spanish. They explained all the rules about keys and the free water which was great. We were in H-4 by the pool. Nice room, big beds and light sheets. Pillows were decent and I slept well. Shower was fine and did the job. TV only connected to you tube but that was fine for some late night Only Fools and Horses. Room had a safe but no mini fridge. We have special bottles that keep drinks cold so wasnt a big issue. The pool was nice and clean and you can be in the see in about 1 minute. Be carefull though as there are hidden boulders during high tide in the water infront and left of the hotel that I bashed my feet on. Location is great, the bars and shops a few minutes walk. Brekki was really good, we both had the omellete which was full of cheese and veg. The potatos with it were amazing and you got coffee and juice with it, all part of room cost. We had a lunch there as well which was awesome value for money. For 28 dollas we got two cokes, the hamburger and chops and I had the azzuz mix, which was sea food rice. Huge portion that would have done for 2 people, cooked amazing and fresh. Was rammed with mussels, squid, octopus and big fat prawns. Highly reconmend the dish. I would happily stay here again and would tells others to do so as well.

I rented 2 beach front suites, S-2 and S-3. From the day of arrival we asked if we can get in the rooms sooner since we traveled the night before and we were all tired and immediatley the receptionist said NO! Did not bother to ask if the rooms were available. We stayed in the restaurant for hours and spent almost $300. To kill time. I've always experienced small salvadorian business dont want to have the cost of doing business, they just want the benefit. Its a beach hotel and they also said if the towel gets sand they will charge for washing it 🤦🏼‍♀️its a beach hotel for Crist's sakes what do you expect. It was not even cheap, No iron or hair blow dryer in the rooms. Shower faucet was always leaking. The "free included breakfast" took FOREVER to arrive and was always cold. Not impressed at all, this place is not cheap and they have no clue of good Custumer Service. I give them a 2 star tops. Don't go to this place, its a waste of money

This hotel is in a prime location—right in the heart of El Tunco and just steps from the beach. It’s easy to get around on foot, with most bars and nightlife within walking distance. Breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus. Bathrooms are located between the hotel and the restaurant. A few downsides to consider: The room key is a traditional metal key, and only one is provided per room. The water temperature in the bathroom can be inconsistent—either too hot or too cold. The pool is situated in the middle of the property along the main path to the restaurant, which some guests might find lacks privacy. Still, these are minor issues in the grand scheme. El Salvador is a growing travel destination, and small inconveniences like these are part of the experience—for now. With time, these things are likely to improve. All in all, a great choice for anyone wanting to enjoy the energetic vibes of El Tunco.

First time staying at this hotel , of ever visiting tunco beach , well I checked in they only gave me blue cards to rent pool towels they only specified that and checking out time. I had rented a car so when I’m leaving the parking lot the worker in the lot asking me for a slip paper I’m like I only have this blue card from the pool so I’m confused so on checking out leaving they told me I can’t leave without the slip so I’m confused why they didn’t let me know about that 🤷🏼‍♀️ When I checked in . Second the restaurant waiters take forever to acknowledge you it takes them 15 min to take your service while they are chatting with each other. then the food made me sick made my whole family sick , while my mother is eating breakfast drinking her a orange juice- a big bug coming down her mouth while she’s taking a sip so disgusting 🤢 all there cups with ice they kept bringing me had dead bugs I told them it’s ok don’t bring me no more cup of ice I just drink out the bottle ,, we could not leave the room all day how the food made us sick so while I’m laying sick in bed I wake up with full of ants in my bed about 30 crawling on me and my parents bed omg ants everywhere in the wall , closet and light bulbs !!! They ended up spraying raid to kill all of them !!! Third the lights went off for at least 4 hours — 4 hours with no ac no light I was terrified!! Middle of the night it happened.. I just wanted to take my parents out to a nice place and location I felt bad bringing them to this location never again I’m getting fooled with advertisement !!! Worst experience I had in this hotel I never ever have complained about a hotel this horrible omg !!!!! I book the hotel through Expedia I left a review but I guess they...

The GPS location to drive to the hotel is messed up (go all the way to the end of the street before turning left into a narrow street where pedestrians are walking. The parking lot is guarded by a 24/7 security guard. They provided a bracelet to indicate you are a hotel guest. There are two pool areas and 8 long lounge chairs by the larger pool. The establishment has filtered water dispensers for unlimited access to water. The rooms have AC units that work very well (use the dry air function as it can get really muggy in the room otherwise). TVs are pre-loaded with streaming apps but none of them included unless you use your own log in. Bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner/body soap provided but no hairdryer. The beds were comfy but the pillows were just okay, could be more dense. On the first day, the water pressure was low and then by day 2, was hardly on. After calling maintenance, the shower head was replaced and it was working as expected again. The water temperature was consistent and gets hot. The hotel and its surrounding buildings are very loud due to ongoing construction as well as close proximity to the pirate bar so music is blaring until late hours in the night. Public showers are located between the beach and the restaurant and one private shower within the bathrooms. It was one of the busiest restaurants on the strip. The included breakfast options (omelet & ham/cheese plate) were delicious and filling (comes with a black coffee & orange juice. The fresh fruit were...
