no reception, you dont get what you booked for and the only people to talk to dont know anything (not their fault, but the fault of the people running it) as they told us they dont get told anything by the people running the place. its extremely unorganised- beds are assigned to multiple people and created a really awkward uncomfortable environment. especially for the price you pay to stay here a night i would avoid 100%. good...
