After reading the reviews and all the nice promises on their website, i had high hopes about this hôtel. How foolish was i?!?||I wrote an email the week before our arrival to ask if an early checking at 2h instead of 4h could be possible as we had to prepare for our wedding.||They’ve answered that they will ask the cleaning team to do the room first so we could enter it earlier.||When we arrived there was no one available so we had to ring and wait for someone as it’s how this place work.||The person who arrived 10 minutes later was really not nice nor polite. We felt like disturbing him when he told us that they never do early checking. When i told him i’ve sent an email about this 2 weeks before he said i was lying. Oh ok!?!||||As we had 2 hours to wait we’ve decided to use the safe locker room they are providing. There is only 10 lockers there. After 10 minutes of struggles to try to lock a locker with all our luggages inside, we had to go back upstair to ring the rude guy again. We’ve waited 10 minutes again for him. When he arrived he told us that the lockers were broken and unusable. No sign to tell us that or nothing, just figure this out yourself when he knew it was broken! ||There is only two seats in the entrance and there were already 4 people waiting there with their luggage.||I asked him what we were then supposed to do and he told us to just leave all our stuff unattended and unlocked there, with everybody able to go through them. I asked him if he was serious and he told me "if you don’t trust us you can leave with your luggage!"||I told him that i don’t know him and with some reviews already talking about stolen stuff in the hôtel you can understand why! He was very rude so i told him i was going to film him and that’s when he said i could leave our stuff in our room while it was being cleaned. ||We’ve decided to do this and whild doing it we’ve met the cleaning team. ||Honestly they should be the ones dealing with guests while the rude guy should be left far from any hospitality job where you interact with humans!||They told us nobody told them we’ve asked for early checking otherwise they would have done our room first, especially if we wrote an email way earlier to ask for this. Probably the rude guy who forgot how to do his job again!||After all that we only had 30 minutes to wait LOL||||When entering the room, we’ve realised that the fire place is fake. If you wait for the heat or flames of a real fire place you’la be sadly disapointed. Just a fake very light colored "flame".||||The bathroom is one foot away from the bed and the toilets are in it with the shower and sink. There is just a small wall separating between your pillow and the toilet. Wonder why we don’t see this on their website??? ||||The room is advertised as a room "with view". If a view on street work and an old building is "a view" then this is true. (see my pics for that awesome view)||||People are smoking and drinking at night on the steps of the outside entrance so it’s always dirty.||||The second day, at 4h30 i’ve realised i forgot to ask for a fruit juice refill. I went downstair to ring someone as they are available until 5h. It was rude guy again. I asked him for one bottle of juice. He said "you didn’t asked before 3 so no!" I had to ring again to tell him that since he was there he maybe could just grab one in their pantry and bring it to me. Again, same very rude answer and that was it. I mean, come on "4 star boutique hôtel with a luxury award" what kind of service and hospitality is this???||||All in all it way too expensive for what it is, the whole hôtel is not 4 stars worthy, the rooms are low quality, breakfast if 1st price from the supermarket, the hospitality from the rude man in charge is not even worth a hostel. He should switch with one of the super nice and polite people from the cleaning team, they have things to teach him for sure!||||We for sure won’t recommend that place to anyone, better pay more to have a real service and...
Read moreI recently stayed at Haawe Hotel with my friends, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for a group getaway. From the moment we arrived, there were several highlights that made our stay memorable, though there were a couple of minor inconveniences.
One of the standout features of the hotel was the smooth and efficient self-check-in system. It made the check-in process quick and hassle-free, allowing us to get to our rooms without waiting in long lines or dealing with paperwork. It was perfect for those who want to skip the traditional front desk experience and get straight into enjoying their stay.
The hotel is located in an ideal area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots. Whether you're looking to relax or have an adventurous day, its central location offers convenience without compromising on comfort.
Well-Stocked Fridge: Another great perk was the fully stocked fridge in the room. If you're too tired to go out for breakfast or need a quick snack, it was a perfect solution. We didn't have to worry about finding food every morning, and it added a level of convenience that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms at Haawe Hotel were beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The thoughtful design and attention to detail gave the rooms a cozy, stylish feel that made us feel at home. Whether we were relaxing in the room or hanging out together, it provided a comfortable environment for all of us.
While the hotel offered many great amenities, there was one aspect that could use improvement. The lack of a towel or bathrobe hook inside the shower area was a small but annoying issue. If you're traveling with friends, a little bit of privacy is essential, especially when it comes to changing or storing towels. The absence of this feature made it a bit tricky to manage, as we didn't want to keep our towels or robes in an inconvenient spot. It would have been nice to have a designated area for them in the bathroom.
Despite the minor issue with the shower area, we still had a wonderful stay at Haawe Hotel. The combination of a convenient self-check-in, a great location, and well-stocked rooms made it a great option for groups and families. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt modern and cozy.
I would definitely recommend Haawe Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay with friends or family, especially if you're not looking for any major fuss. The little things, like the fridge and the décor, really made it stand out, and the minor setback with the towel hook didn't take away from our...

My stay at Hanki Room for five nights was far from enjoyable. The hotel's cool design is its only redeeming quality. The rest of my experience was marred by discomfort and disappointment.
To begin with, the bed design is terrible. A wooden board sits flush with the top of the mattress, so my pillow slipped onto the board throughout the night. The mattress was also too soft and worn, causing aches all over.
The housekeeping service was equally disappointing. Despite our request for service on Wednesday, the staff only refilled our fridge, took out trash, and didn't even bother to make the bed or refill the bath salts.
The worst part of our stay, however, was the loss of personal items. Three of my crystal bracelets disappeared from our room. After reviewing photos and timestamps, I could confirm that the bracelets were last seen in our hotel room on Thursday night.
On that day, we had gone out for dinner next door, and returned to Haawe to get changed for an ATV activity. Knowing that it's a kind of sporty activity, I have intentionally left the bracelets inside my room . The next morning was a visit to a Wolfdog farm. I had left the bracelets on the coffee table in our room to avoid damaging them. Our only interaction on Friday with the hotel staff that day was a request via Whatsapp for more salmon, water, and bath salts, items were refilled so I am sure someone came into my room that day.
Since then, the bracelets have never been seen again. I contacted the hotel with detailed information about the timeline and requested their help in finding the bracelets. These items were not just valuable but also held a sentimental value as they were blessed specifically for me in a temple.
Despite my pleas, the hotel staff simply stated that they couldn't find the bracelets. Further attempts to communicate with the customer service to request them to look into the case to avoid similar situations in happening again for other customers through Whatsapp were met with silence.
In conclusion, I would not recommend staying at Hanki Hotel. The discomfort, poor service, and loss of personal items turned our stay into a nightmare. Please consider my experience before deciding...
