Sky — Restaurant in Albertville

I ordered a ribeye steak at this restaurant. I specifically emphasized that I don't want a raw steak and I don't want a well-done and that I relied on the common sense and experience of the chef. The waiter brought a steak that was impossible to even cut by special knife, it looked cooked on the outside, but the meat was completely raw. I could not chew a single piece. I asked the waiter to cook the steak more. The waiter brought me the steak again, but it was impossible to chew a single piece. As a result, I returned the dish. It's a mockery of common sense! I don't know the reason of this. Perhaps the chef doesn't know how to cook, perhaps the meat was of disgusting quality, most likely both options. The restaurant's staff included the steak, which I could not eat, in the bill and I paid for it. This is a DISGRACE! This so-called restaurant has nothing in common with the definition of "professionalism"!

Très bon , en revanche les portions sont très petite pour une raclette pour 3 ! C’est honteux . Aller y si vous été au régime ^^

Bonjour, Afin d'éviter le gaspillage nous proposons 280g de fromage à raclette au lait cru de Savoie par personne. Cependant si les clients le souhaitent nous n'hésitons pas à les resservir en fromage tout comme en pommes de terres et salade ! Notre charcuterie d'accompagnement est artisanale de tradition et produite en Savoie. Le tout pour un tarif très abordable à Courchevel 1850 ! Nous faisons notre maximum afin de satisfaire notre clientèle. Au plaisir de vous revoir

Cette réponse est fausse nous avons demander justement du fromage à nouveau car nous avions encore faim ce qui est quand même très rare quand on choisit un raclette !!!! La serveuse est venue nous refuser cette demande . Nous sommes donc repartit manger un morceau dans un autre lieu car nous avions tous faim hommes et femmes . C’est une honte . !!!!! Surtout quand je voit des réponses aussi mensongères. Sauvez vous .

Bien d’autres Établissements vous feront tous raclette à volonté et vous n’arriverez pas à finir...
