Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience at A BEYROUTH

During my visit to dined at A BEYROUTH and left feeling deeply disappointed by the service and attitude of the staff. After finishing my meal, I approached the desk to pay and noticed discrepancies in the bill. When I politely requested an itemized receipt to clarify the charges, the staff member seemed confused and became visibly flustered and incapable of resolving the issue, and unable to assist. what shocked me most, however, was the owner’s reaction. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, he approached me with visible hostility glaring, making disgusted facial expressions, and behaving in a manner that felt outright disrespectful. This unprovoked aggression turned a simple billing inquiry into an uncomfortable and humiliating experience.

While the food itself it was poor, the dish fell far below expectation, the chicken was dry and overcooked, lacked seasoning, tasted stale, or had an odd texture, which made it difficult to finish. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of quality and freshness.

the appalling behavior of the owner and lack of basic customer service overshadowed any positives. A restaurant’s success hinges not just on its menu but on how it treats patrons. I’ve never encountered such, unprofessionalism in a dining setting before, and I strongly caution others to reconsider visiting this establishment, and avoid this restaurant at all costs, save your money and your self-respect

A place to face the dark side of delicious and generious libanese food!!

Who can even not love livanese food right?! But here with the awful quality, low level of cleanness and fatty non-fresh material you will get there! Easily!!

There is a famous quote which says "Good things are not cheap and cheap things are not good!" , you will face to it in a nasty way in this shop.

You think you are paying a fair and comparably less price and will get a eatable and healthy food but that is not gonna happen definitely!

Cheaters in wuality, material and master of soulless food!...

The food is average, nothing exceptional.. one can find better deals in the area for the price range if looking for Lebanese food.

The staff was really unprofessional and rude and the atmosphere is like sitting in a supermarket's warehouse.

Went there with a group of friends and had to take our lunch and eat outside because just one of us had a sandwich and "he had no right to eat it inside as they are only serving dishes inside" as one of the crew kept saying.
