Paris Food Club — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

Food was great both times but service is abysmal. Fully automated service but they fail to explain that food should be collected at the back of the building where delivery drivers also collect it. Lockers are available near the ordering kiosk but there are also kiosks at the back of the building and no information about this. Try contacting the restaurant using the available tablet and doorbell but no answer and no other way to contact anyone

The night before ordered delivery from the same place and they cancelled after the expected delivery time.

Service desperately needs...

Good idea, poorly executed. Took my order, waited 30mins, rang the bell about 5 times no one answered. Found someone eventually and then was told my order was cancelled, because restaurant is not...

Le choix des restaurants sur le téléphone et sur les écrans sur place n'est pas le même c'est un peu dommage, lorsque l'on commande sur place le paiement sans contact ne marche pas, le paiement avec la carte tickets restaurant non plus. Et le temps d'attente des commandes n'est pas celui indiqué sur les écrans et est beaucoup trop long. Je préférerais que le temps ne soit pas indiqué plutôt qu'il soit faux. C'est vraiment dommage que la partie client ne soit pas à la hauteur parce que le choix des restaurants est vraiment bien et les plats sont...
