Hôtel La Villa Tosca — Hotel in Grasse

The main disappointment we had at this hotel was that we chose and paid a Superior Double Room - and we received a Standard room. I informed the reception regarding this matter and their answer was that the hotel is fully booked and that there is nothing that they can do about it - they didn't change the room and also didn't return the money for the room "upgrade".||Moreover, the room description stated that they have minibar - we had a surprise to see that there is no minibar... Quite annoying as I had medicines that needed to stay in the fridge... ||The room we received had a very unpleasant view - overlooking some other people's apartments nearby :| - it was quite dark and small... Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel Villa Tosca di Cannes e la mia esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. La posizione è davvero strategica: a due passi da Rue d’Antibes e dalla Croisette, quindi perfetta per chi ama lo shopping o desidera vivere l’atmosfera elegante della città. Anche il Palais des Festivals è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi, così come la stazione ferroviaria e numerosi punti di ristoro e svago. Le camere non sono sempre molto grandi, ma risultano comunque curate e pulite. Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: tutti, dal responsabile allo staff, si sono dimostrati cordiali, attenti e disponibili in ogni momento. Durante il soggiorno ho avuto un imprevisto, ma la rapidità e la gentilezza con cui lo staff ha gestito la situazione sono state davvero encomiabili. In conclusione, la location merita assolutamente per chi desidera soggiornare nel cuore di Cannes. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e, per chi volesse spazi più ampi, l’hotel dispone anche di camere superior e suites che possono soddisfare ogni esigenza. Consigliato!

J’ai séjourné à l’Hôtel Villa Tosca à Cannes et mon expérience a été très positive. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : à deux pas de la rue d’Antibes et de la Croisette, parfait pour le shopping ou pour profiter de l’élégante atmosphère de la ville. Le Palais des Festivals est également facilement accessible à pied, tout comme la gare ferroviaire et de nombreux restaurants et lieux de divertissement. Les chambres ne sont pas toujours très grandes, mais elles sont bien entretenues et propres. Le véritable point fort de l’hôtel reste le personnel : du responsable à toute l’équipe, chacun a fait preuve de courtoisie, d’attention et de disponibilité constante. Un imprévu est survenu pendant mon séjour, mais le professionnalisme et la rapidité avec lesquels le personnel a géré la situation ont été remarquables. En conclusion, l’emplacement est excellent pour un séjour au cœur de Cannes. Très bon rapport qualité-prix et, pour ceux qui souhaitent plus d’espace, l’hôtel propose également des chambres supérieures et des suites adaptées à tous les besoins. Hautement recommandé !

Some rooms are not very large, but they are well-kept and clean. A real highlight is definitely the staff: from the manager to the entire team, everyone was courteous, attentive, and always available. During my stay, an unexpected situation occurred, but the way the staff handled it—with kindness, speed, and professionalism—was outstanding.
