Iâm August 1st, I just came to the country and wanted to data to use for social media. I asked my hotels reception which network works best and he replied with orange. So I went to orange and I said I wanted the 10 gigabit data pack (which is like 30 euros). The cashier guy told me it was 60 euros and I wouldnât need to come back since I would have a lot of data. It finished in just two days and when I returned to orange to inquire about this. Another cashier came and told me that I just added 10 euros credit and it was 1 gigabit. And I saw the guy would told me to put 60 euros and when I went to confront him he went to the back room. I tried to go to the back until I was confronted by the other cashiers and they told me without proof that he stole you we canât let you in. I told them I inquired a recipt the cashier didnât told he that you donât give recipts. Then he shrugged and told me since you donât have proof you canât do anything.
So for everyone who is traveling to France Cannes, never take orange since they will lie and steal...

I did this in a nice and polite way, I then asked the assistant why she was being so rude to me? She advised that she was simply tell me how things are in France. Unbelievable and so rude. Apparently, the only way to cancel a contract is via 3900, not in the shop. I asked for an address as I prefer not to communicate with them any further. She said if I wanted to cancel via letter, I should take a...

My brother and I went to get the most expensive data package which is for 40 euros each and the thief took advantage for our lack of French to put 30 euros on my phone and 20 euros on my brothers phone. When we went back the next day because my brothers phone was out of credit the woman that greets customers told us that non of us interred 40 euros worth of credit into our phones. We pointed out the bald thief that stole from us he went into the employees back room and the woman said we needed our receipts and gave us the typical âI donât knowâ French gesture. I highly recommend every vacationer to go to any other...
