Clos du petit Jésus Cassis — Hotel in Marseille

I can’t speak highly enough of this beautiful oasis in Cassis. It feels like you’re tucked away on your own little property, and yet you’re just a 5 minute walk to the main port. Fabienne and her husband were so helpful before we arrived, and so welcoming when we got here. ||||You can tell the property has been curated and they have an eye for design. Everything is just beautiful, so much attention to detail. ||||Of the two different room options we chose the upstairs suite. It’s across the way and above the other room option. ||||The fresh water pool is beautiful and the perfect temperature after a hot day here. ||||Fabienne brought us a lovely breakfast every morning and was always available to help us with our excursions and reservations around the island. Her and her husband live onsite as well if we ever needed anything. ||||BONUS - they work with a wonderful massage therapist named Alexandra who comes to your room or balcony / patio for massages. We booked them last minute and she was amazing! ||||Would highly highly recommend and can’t wait...

This was just the perfect place to unwind, a luxury home from home. Located as close as possible to the town centre (just a few minutes’ walk) while feeling like we were in the quiet Provence countryside, this was the ideal place to rest after a long drive across France. Our room was more like a boutique hotel with comfy beds, stylish bedlinen, upmarket shower room and its own terrace with loungers. This is where we were served our amazing breakfasts with fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and our choice of eggs. The room had a tv (which we didn’t go anywhere near), nespresso machine and kettle, with pods and tea bags, and air conditioning. It was also very quiet - perfect for a good night’s sleep. The pool area was also great. Beautiful landscaping, generous number of loungers, positioned apart from each other, again, providing a relaxing space without need to interact with anyone if you wanted to just be quiet and relax. Would strongly recommend and go back in a heartbeat! Also, free parking inside...
