The Hotel is everything you would want, staff are so helpful, rooms are great, they do not have tea/coffee facilities in the room, but getting a kettle free of charge if you ask for it, there is a mini bar with a small charge, but we brought our own stuff from the supermarket which kept are things fresh and cold.|One downside it is on a hill to the town, which is only 10 minutes walk but coming up especially with shopping is quite hard, if you come out of the hotel and turn left which brings you down by the casino the hill is not so steep, also there is a couple of buses the 68,78,M1 which if you catch the times right will bring you up and drop you 2 minutes away from the hotel.on a flat service which makes life a lot easier.|The staff were excellent couldn't do enough for you.|Breakfast was extra €14 euros which was basic, croissants, toast, cereal, fruit, ham cheeses, eggs,, 1 downside the machine for hot drinks, did not have English breakfast tea, just fruit teas., but for convenience it was ok.|The pool area is lovely and loads of sun loungers, just a little hill to climb and about 20 steps .|The terrace is a brilliant thing to have and spacious with 2 chairs and a table.|Rooms have a big comfortable double bed, lovely shower and a separate WC and a hairdryer, not the...

As we arrived at the hotel on our first day, we were surprised by the fact, that the receptionist could speak fluently German. The staff was hospitable at all times and the receptionist immediately filled us in on the varied activities you could do in Cassis and gave us some more information referring to the hotel. Our room was tidy, spacious and the main bathroom was decent sized. However, the best thing about our room was undoubtedly the enormous balcony with its stunning view and the huge outdoor pool. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations and so did the village Cassis, which we fell in love with right away. In the immediate proximity to Cassis are dozens of fantastic spots to snorkel, the limestone cliff was wonderful and the harbor in the center of the village was just lovely. The staff was friendly and welcoming.||However, our room could have been cleaner. We stayed in a duplex room and immediately noticed that the leather on the sofa bed was very worn. We also found toenail clippings on the stairs. The toilet seat had pink streaks that couldn’t be cleaned off. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they casually explained it was likely a reaction between the previous guest’s sunscreen and the cleaning chemicals—yet no offer was made to replace the seat or resolve the issue.
