The first thing that I saw at the front door was a rat!!! I walk in and see a woman folding the laundry in the lobby, very unsanitary! The lobby was extremely dirty and hot! There is no elevator, the stairs are terribly small, and impossible to bring up your luggage! I walk into the room and I am hit with a strong disgusting stench, I then see the dirty bedsheets with hair and dirt, and then I walk into the restroom and see the dirty showers and toilets, the door on the shower was broken and it fell down when I tried to open it. It was already too late for us to leave when we arrived at 2am with our 4 small children, so unfortunately we had to stay the first night!! It was extremely hot there was no AC and the lady told us to open the window, BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THERE WERE RATS ON THE BALCONY! The toilet was not cleaned and the shower wasn't either! When I woke up in the morning I had a severe allergic reaction, I then proceeded to make a complaint to the woman at the front desk. I am still having an allergic reaction days later after leaving, and I only stayed there for one night!!! The clean towels are on the floor in the hallway in garbage bags, you can take them if you'd like! She told me there would be no refund, because we already paid for the reservation! I wasted 3,100 dollars on a shed with rats! I am now trying to solve the issue with booking.com and not having any success. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO PROTECT YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING, AS WELL AS YOUR CHILDREN! See the...

I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is excellent, and some rooms have an absolutely beautiful view of Paris. However, our experience at the beginning was very disappointing.

When we arrived, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the “interior courtyard.” The room was supposed to be for 3 people, but it was extremely small, old, and dirty. Nothing seemed renovated, it smelled bad, and it felt really uncomfortable. In the evening, when we pulled back the covers to go to bed, we found hair on the pillows, brown stains on the sheets, and overall the bedding was in a disgusting condition (unfortunately I don’t have many photos).

The next day, I spoke to the lady at the reception, and I want to mention that despite the state of the first room, she was extremely kind, always helpful, offering us free water and sweets, and really trying her best to fix the situation. Once she saw how bad the room was, she was shocked herself and immediately upgraded us to a top-floor room. That room was completely different: clean, renovated, and with a stunning view.

After the upgrade, the stay was much better and enjoyable. Still, it’s disappointing that the first night was so terrible. If the hotel maintained all the rooms to the same standard as the renovated ones, the experience would have...

I was so disappointed with my recent stay at Hôtel Alléty that I decided to write this review to share my experience and alert other potential guests. They treated me in an extremely unfair manner by charging me the full amount and already collecting my city tax when I Checkedin. But then cancelled my booking for no reason and refused a refund. This seriously disrupted my travel plans and refused to make any refund to me.

I made an advance reservation at this hotel and paid the full amount as required. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled, and they refused to refund my payment. This unauthorized cancellation and denial of a refund have left me feeling angry and let down.

As a guest, I have reasonable expectations of honesty and fair treatment from a hotel. However, Hôtel Alléty has shown disregard for my financial loss, raising significant doubts about their professionalism and service quality.

As a traveler, I often rely on the reliability of hotels and customer reviews to make informed decisions. However, this experience has seriously undermined my trust in Hôtel Alléty. I hope that other potential guests will exercise caution when considering this hotel and avoid experiencing similar...

The hotel is extremely dirty from the outside to inside of the rooms. They will scam you out of your money, by refusing to show you the room first. Pigeon feces all over the hotel. Pictures on booking.com doesn’t match what’s on the site. Receptionist and owner will not tell you the truth and refused to refund my money. I paid for 5 night, on arrive it smell so bad, dirty and dust I asked for cancellation immediately. They refused , I contacted booking.com unable to reach property owner. Do not book this place even if it’s free. I woke in the money money my face , arms and legs has rash all over. This place should be shutdown. It’s extremely disgusting and unsanitary and unhealthy to sleep in.
