Tucked away behind the Pantheon, this first floor apartment has a nice living room, a comfortable bedroom (with a wonderful king-sized bed), a small eating area, and a modern bathroom. It is located on a short pedestrian passageway that is both safe and quiet. It is steps away from rue Mouffetard, a street with neighborhood shops and cafes and everything from up-scale restaurants to take-out Chinese places and at least two large grocery stores. It is two blocks from the Metro. The neighborhood also has local schools and a child's playground in the vicinity. It was extremely nice each evening to return to the neighborhood after being in the more touristy areas of Paris. ||||Each morning, your host, a lovely woman named Marine, drops by at an agreed-upon time to deliver a delicious complimentary continental breakfast of croissants, baguettes, butter, jams, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and French-press coffee. Delicious.||||Marine is very pleasant and very competent, and she has a wealth of information about the neighborhood. She is very responsive to emails and communicates readily with potential guests. And her English is much better than my French, although I did have to use Google Translate a couple of times (which was very helpful).||||This is the kind of place that you always wished you could find in...

We fell in love with the flat as soon as we entered. Marine was a gracious and attentive host always looking after our needs. ||Considering the location, size and hospitality offered, Marine has charged us cheaply for 4pax and she will be forever be our first option when in Paris. ||The Parisian breakfast was always generous. 1 day she had to leave to Brussels and won't be able to deliver the bfast basket, she has arranged our meal at the corner resto-Tourn Bride. ||Location was very close to Censier Daubenton metro station and our favorite chinese resto Tasty Noullies. Lovely Neighborhood and a lot of alternative alleys to reach the metro.||All in all we had a fantastic experience and already missed Marine and La Cour||Our flight was at early morning and Marine organized our pick up. Hassle free and reasonable rate. Driver also waiting before...

This area is young and lively, with many bars, restaurants and cafes, also because of the proximity of the Sorbonne University. The apartment has a nice bedroom with a large boxspring bed, a living room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed and an area that has a table and a few chairs to accommodate breakfast, and finally a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (no bathtub). Everything is new, functioning and comfortable. The total size is about 36 m2. The best however is the host Marine, who is friendly and responsive to all your wishes. She will also bring a French breakfast at a convenient time.|La Cour de 5me is an ideal place to spend a few days in Paris. The location in the Quartier Latin is excellent, with metro at 300m and plenty of restaurants all around. At night it is quiet and heating/cooling is perfect.
