I'd say it has the best by-the-glass list of bistrots on the Mouffetard (wine is my passion and profession), and the cuisine is ever surprising for its quality and presentation (I did summer waitstaff stints in Nuits-St-Georges and Gascony when younger) - excellent foie gras, free-range chicken with frites, and great daily specials. I will emphasise the service as the staff were really lovely, attentive, and patient.
The food was also delightful, I had the agneau confit with ratatouille and it was extremely tasty, lovely texture. The desserts were also delightful.
It is on Rue Moufettard, so the atmosphere is really nice as it is a lively and welcoming street, great to eat out front on the cobbles enjoying the passers by.
