I have stayed at History of Tbilisi Hotel for 4 days. All I can say, what an amazing stay! The experience, all starts at the airport pick up. ||The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel personnel is very helpful and serve with passion:|- very welcoming|- very informative about the city: what to do, where to go and what to recommend|- they provide personalised breakfast|- they have tasty wine on site for sale|- the hotel is very clean|- the lobby ambiance is very nice with the design stylé and the lounge/jazz music they play|- the security man in the evening is the sweetest|- the hotel owner is very friendly|- the receptionists are extremely kind and do everything to make the guest feels welcome and at ease|- the rooms and the hotel area is very clean|- the location is very convenient (5 lari taxi to the center or 15-20 min walk)|- I completely felt “home” while staying in the hotel|- they help with PCR service for travellers requirement (medical personnel will come to your room door and do the swab and results will be out after 24 hours, very organised and efficient - make sure to provide your email address to receive the result by email)|- the hotel personnel follows up on all your requests to make sure you are happy and all your wants are met|- the personnel speaks English, Georgian, Armenian, and I believe Russian so everyone can feel welcomed ||If you want a guest house style with personalised service, this is the right...

It's awful hotel whatever I have seen in my life. We made reservation from DM and and made 50% prepayment through the bank account as they asked. We arrived at hotel at 5 morning , and they tried to explained that other people(as they called them VIP) had placed to our place. Its very bad situation for Georgian tourism. Worst problem were about that they didn't want to payback until 10am. ||The administration and directors didn't want to make connection with us. We talked with just with reception and he didn't solved anything.|We called to the police and no one didn't solve our problem.|Till to morning we waited for the money and we were so tired , sleep deprived after 3 hour flight time.
