Liked · Great location, about 15mins walk to the Bridge of Peace, 2mins to the closest bus stop and Fresco 24/7 supermarket right outside the door. Kitchen is decently equipped to make your own food. Free washing machine for the guests' use Has a quiet dining area in the basement of the property which is quite helpful. Wifi is excellent. Tidy bathroom, toilets and common areas. Staff is very kind and ready to help with anything.

Disliked · Beds were not comfortable at all and there were lot of bed bugs too. I had to use an insect repellant to sleep comfortably Room is tiny with 6 beds cramped inside, no lockers and hardly any space for big bags There was no fan or AC in the room making it extremely uncomfortable and sweaty all night Property is on the main road and no matter what you close, there's way too much noise from the traffic...

Very bad feeling, I open the door there is no reception , no one welcome you there, only a tiny coach who wait 2 other clients. On booking, the hostel is available for one night , you arrived no one welcome you, then later one guy arrived from outside very rude no apologies for people waiting for him, no smiling, the guy is telling me you need to book at least 3 night I check again in front of him it's available on the website then from his phone he looks change the availability in front of me and ask me to go , of course I won't stay I don't need more than 2 nights , never mind few hundreds meters further you can find a cheaper one hostel. I don't really know how some type of people enter into business but I guess it won't last long time. You should learn at least the basic : smile, speak English and at least maybe give a direction to an other...

То что стоит в центре это + и дешево - это тоже + НО начнем с минусов: 1) КЛОПЫ постельные, весь 1 этаж у входа слева комната кишит клопами. Это мужская комната. Они добрались и до подвала, там есть женские номера. 2) администратор грузин (или армянин) не пытается решить проблему с клопами, сразу обижается и не умеет вести разговор. При нас так и не закупился средствами против клопов. 3) Душ и туалеты грязные, душ работает только один по всему хостелу. Дверь плохо закрывается. Зеркала не протираются. 4) деньги не возвращаются, я еле как заставила вернуть половину денег через службу поддержки Букинга. 5) В подвале очень темно, освещение слабое, сильно экономят на лампах. Это большой минус, невозможно себя разглядеть или даже клопов постельных. 6) стирка бесплатная это +, но на этом плюсы заканчиваются 7) не советую этот хостел, так как клопов вряд ли будут дезинфицировать. Нам укусили на 2 день проживания. 8) Подвал воняет и нет окон для проветривания, поэтому и кишит клопами. 9) При мне 3 соседи нашли клопов и всю ночь убивали их. Админ мало того что не выслушал их, не поверил им, оскорбил что они конкуренты из другого хостела. Когда они выселились из хостела и написали отзыв плохой, админ подал жалобу в букинге в ответ и обвинил в воровстве. 10) Админ может обвинить при выселении в воровстве и специально написать о том, что ночевал не 1 человек, а 4. То есть специально попросит штраф и Вам придет штраф от букинга. 11) крайне неприятный админ и его отношение к людям. Жалкий, обижается на критику и правду, не умеет вести диалог, сразу уходит из хостела когда обижается, ведет себя как ребенок. НЕ СОВЕТУЮ...
