This is my 4th or 5th time in this restaurant and I must say, That I only enjoyed the food during the first few times- Beijing beef salad , fried eggplant.. Once I found a string midway having Singapore noodles and the waitress apologised saying I wouldn’t have to pay but as I had 1/3rd of the noodles which i couldn’t undo, I made sure not to order that dish again. Today on my visit I decided to try a new dish ‘ salad “Ma la ban”’ of which the waiter had no idea about and hence asked me to google about it. I wish the waiters knew what they’re serving or atleast what’s on the menu -as that’s the bare minimum expected from a foreign cuisine restaurant in a country like Georgia. I had requested specially to either use no oil in the salad or use less oil . The waiter replied saying NO oil will be added. So I confirmed my order and waited for around 20 mins . And this (see photo attached) is what I got for ordering the MOST EXPENSIVE DISH on the menu- Cuts of (more like cheap spam) ham , very less meat , cucumber, cabbage, little bit of sprouts lots of noodles (in terms of proportion) all DRENCHED IN OIL! I couldn’t even finish my meal as everything was too greasy and low quality this particular dish is even priced the highest on the menu !
I hope they prepare what they say...

Unfortunately, our experience here was quite frustrating. While the restaurant gives off the vibe of a fast-casual place, the service was anything but fast. The interior is very basic, which would be fine if the service matched the expected speed and efficiency.
We were a group of three and only ordered two different dishes. The first dish arrived quickly, the second followed after a noticeable wait—but my plate took nearly an hour to arrive. I asked the waiter about the delay twice, and was told they were still working on it. Eventually, the owner got involved and discovered that my order had actually been lost.
When the food finally came, it was underwhelming. I ordered noodles with chicken, but received mostly noodles with just a few small pieces of chicken—definitely not worth the long wait.
Overall, the service was disorganized and slow, and the food didn’t make up for it. Disappointing...
Read moreI recently dined at CVC, located in downtown Tbilisi, and it’s hands down the best authentic Chinese restaurant I've ever tried around the world. The experience was nothing short of delightful.
The portions are generously sized, making it perfect for sharing. The only downside was the language barrier. The staff doesn’t speak English, which can make communication a bit challenging if you don’t speak Chinese. However, their warm hospitality more than makes up for it.
The restaurant is easy to find and has a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Whether you're a local or a traveler, CVC is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Chinese...
