Very rude and lazy chef. Respect your opening times, or adjust them if you don't want to work late. Edit to answer : We we're ordering on Wolt around 23:45, while we were staying at fabrika, but the "pay cash" option was not available. So we decided to just walk down and order it in the shop so we could pay by cash. The cashier started to take our order and when she told the chef what we ordered, he started cussing and shouting to her in Georgian that it was too late and he wasn't going to start again. The cashier looked at us, flabbergasted, and then told us "Sorry, but it's closed...". Mind you, it was 23:50 then. Visited this pizzeria located at Fabrika — a cool, youth-driven, underground spot in Tbilisi with bars, eateries, and a chill vibe all around. People usually grab a drink from one place, food from another, and just enjoy the shared space — that’s the whole spirit of the location.

But after we had already ordered our pizza, a waiter came over and told us we couldn’t sit there with drinks from a neighboring bar. Seriously? No signs, no warning — just a random rule out of nowhere. Meanwhile, everyone around us was doing exactly the same thing.

It completely killed the vibe. Instead of being part of the Fabrika community atmosphere, they’re setting up walls in an open space. Makes zero sense.

Terrible experience. First of all they don't tell you that you have to order inside. Instead, four people of staff were just relaxing inside and staring at you since there was literally no other customer. Alright. We order 2 pizza's and 2 beers. Seems like an easy order because, again, there was not one single customer. After 35 minutes we went inside again to ask when the pizzas would come. Apparently one person of the staff, who was smoking a cigarette outside, FORGOT the pizzas. Can you believe it? Nothing to do, and forgetting your only order. When the pizzas finally came, my margherita pizza looked nothing like the photos being post on Google before. Also there was no fresh basil on it.
