BlueStone Boarding Apartments — Hotel in Dusseldorf

I was absolutely thrilled about the whole process from booking until leaving. I have booked for 2 nights and had an apartment towards the road. However, after the booking I've received several WhatsApp messages from the hotel management. One was a "thank you note", 2 others contained videos with exact and detailed information on the rooms and several tools that were available to be used. Receiving that combined with a personal message, was rather unique.||||Before my arrival I wasn't sure about the parking situation, so I called the hotel. The hotel manager waited for my arrival and guided me to the parking lot, that the hotel has (max. 5 guests can park there). With that the parking was easy to be proceeded. The check-in was absolutely easy and friendly. Arriving in the room I found it in exact the conditions, that was shown in the videos. ||||The apartment is equipped with a sofa, 2 chairs in the living room area, a full functioning and equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate bedroom. On my arrival the place was absolutely clean with a nice smell, as they place a little room perfume, which has a pleasant aroma. The balcony easily has place or 2+ persons to sit on, A little table is places in the living room, it's easy to be carried out.||||Check out is as easy as check-in - you just leave the key in the kitchen on the desk and close the door behind you. If you have the room to the street side - once you are on the balcony or the window is open, it's a bit loud due to traffic. So maybe on booking you might like to ask for a room towards the backyard. On the balcony there is also an astray, so that you can smoke, if you want to. Smoking inside the place obviously is prohibited. We came to this hotel twice, there is two things that I can tell you ; Its very close to Main street which is called im English”King street” and the other one is nice service( they are cleaning the rooms like your own house)also they make clients happy in every time....

Der Empfang war top. Der Besitzer hat uns per whatsapp die Infos zugesendet. Was wo und wie in der Wohnung funktioniert. Top 👍

Jede Wohnung hat eigene Klingel. Ich glaube es sind gesamt 7 Wohnungen. Ganz oben ist eine Maisonette Wohnung. Unsere Wohnung hatte eine Küche, Badzimmer ,Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Es gibt Klimaanlagen und Fußbodenheizung. Balkon mit tisch und Stühle.

Nach Wunsch wird die Wohnung auch gereinigt. Es gibt ein Fahrstuhl. Parkplätze gibt es im Hinterhof. Am Empfang gibt es Regenschirme für das schlechte Wetter. 👍
