I stayed at the hotel for work. I travel for work regularly and for a newer hotel, I expected much more from this hotel. Apart from the Skybar at the top and the view, this hotel is not worth staying there. Choose any hotel around and just go to the Skybar for a drink.

Check in service is underwhelming, once you get to the room, you realize it’s on the very small side ( lift the luggage over the bed to get it where you can open a suitcase as there’s no space to slide it on the floor). Barely any space to walk around the bed. There is no iron and ironing board. That is okay as it is not a standard in Germany but, then they do not have enough irons at the reception to fulfill guest demand. There is no AC, and the integrated fan did not work for the first night. Having a window open there’s lots of noise from the train and metro station at night.

In addition room service is not consistent. When reported they eventually do it in late afternoon but, they tell you that it’s done every second day. There’s 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided only. Funny enough that was the case only the forth day and before that room service was every day. I left 10€ on the bed next to the notice for the cleaning lady to change my bedsheets. That day I also received a package that reception staff decided to leave it in my room. When I got back from work at 3 pm, my room service was not done, there was 5€ missing from the amount intended for cleaning lady. Once I reported to the reception their response was absolutely inappropriate. First it seemed they were annoyed that they needed to speak English. They never came back to me and they said the person who delivered the package did not take half the tip for the cleaning lady. In that case I find it even more upsetting because then there was someone in the room who they don’t know and who took the money. My assumption was that the person who delivered the package took half the amount. Cleaning lady would not know, do her job and once I’d return, nobody would notice anything. Unfortunately I came back from work too early it seems.

Hotel management or reception still did not reach out. At the check out was not acknowledged or no apology given.

I would rate this hotel as one of the worst ones.

I also reported hotel to my company management as we had several ppl staying there all week. I don’t think a business like this hotel should...

Very good hotel located right next to the main station. If you are looking for a hotel to stay at when visiting Nuremberg, but also want to go exploring other parts of Bavaria by train, this place is ideal!

To get into town it’s a short walk, or you can take the U Bahn that is literally right outside. For regional long distance trains it is probably about 3-4 minutes from the Lobby to the platforms in the Hauptbahnhof. The proximity to the station means cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are also right on the doorstep.

Relatively cheap for the area, and good price for what you get. The design of the hotel and rooms is very modern and new and done to a good standard. Hotel is very new so at the time of writing everything is in good condition.

Staff is very nice and friendly, the rooms have nice comfortable beds and are of a good size. Bathroom is nice albeit a little small. The extractor fan could work a little better to get rid of steam in the mornings however the shower works well and is very easy to use for a hotel shower. Even has a few different settings on the shower head. Single toiletry for hair and body wash but oh good quality.

One massive highlight is the breakfast which is served in the beautiful and modern 14th floor bar. The view over the old town with the stunning St Lorenz cathedral and castle is absolutely lovely, and a pleasure to have breakfast with that view! The food itself is of good quality, however the selection could be a little more expensive.

All in all this is a good hotel, that for specific reasons can be perfect for a traveller. I would describe it as a cheap budget option, but at the very very best quality...

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Instead of the luxurious room we expected for the price we paid, we were given a room for disabled guests without any prior notice. The situation was further worsened when we were denied the opportunity to change our room. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and we expected a much higher standard based on the advertised conditions. We hope that management will review their practices and take steps to ensure that future guests do not experience similar inconveniences.

We recently visited the Cloud one Bar and were extremely disappointed with several aspects of our experience: • Terrible Service: We waited an excessively long time for our order, which greatly affected our overall enjoyment. • Inconvenient Seating: Despite our preference, we were not allowed to sit at a table by the window. • Photography Restrictions: We were forbidden from taking any photos, which further contributed to our dissatisfaction. We hope that the management will review these issues and take customer feedback into account to improve their service standards...

This Hotel is all Show and no Go! Avoid it. Our tiny room was unsuitable for 2 people for even one night. I measured it; the total space was 21ft by 7 ft or just 160 square feet. The tiny bathroom was 5 by 6 feet, you would literally sit on the pot and have one foot under the shower head and one in the sink. They push you to accept breakfast at 25 Euro or about 30 dollars. In the bathroom the soap and shampoo containers ask you to turn off water when you use the product. What??? So don’t let the pleasant entry fool you, based on our experience and other reviews it’s all about extracting as much money as possible while providing as little product and service as possible.

Well, the room was ok, it was clean, but the amenities were poor. No minibar, no air conditioning, no wardrobe, poor room for 500 euros for 3 nights. You can find something way better for this money. Breakfast is very poor as well, few choices of cheese and three types of salami. The taste was not so great as well. No parking option for hotel guests, you have to pay each time you take the car out from the parking lot. The sky bar is overrated, always crowded, and takes a lot of time for your drinks to be served. At 1 am when is the closing time, they throw you out, not letting you finish your drinks. Never be back here unfortunately.
