Really bad experience with the staff. We arrived at the restaurant and asked if it was possible to eat without a reservation, since we were visiting Nürnberg for that day. We were told to wait (no approximate time) and did so without any issue. After ~30 minutes we asked one of the hostesses regarding how many people were also waiting in line, to have a better idea about when we would be able to sit down. We asked in a polite way, not meaning to pressure anyone. The hostess proceeded to be rude and unpleasant - completely unprofessional, telling us to stop asking questions or leave. We decided to leave and to go to another sushi restaurant nearby. There, staff was super friendly, even under a lot of stress from orders and deliveries. A very bad experience in such a lovely city. We will definitely come back to Nürnberg, but never to...

A real hidden gem! I highly recommend visiting if you’re on a trip to Nürnberg. I often come here for lunch, they serve rice, soup, and torikatsu (fried chicken). I’d also suggest trying a glass of wine with Sake Lachs or a beer with Yaki Udon. Of course Sushi are the best, but I just personally ate too much of them.
The staff never disappoints, they are friendly and always ask if you need anything more, which I'm really missing in other restaurants sometimes.
It's just a 2 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof and located next to the city museum. The background music is calm, and there’s also a terrace where you can enjoy the sun in summer.
Just one tip: check their opening hours before you go, they’re closed between 14:30 - 17:00, and evenings have a lot of people, so it’s best to call ahead for a...

However, I must highlight the friendliness of the service and above all the ability to turn an “ouch” into a “wow”. Many restaurants and indeed many professionals can take a lesson here. During my visit today the waitress accidentally hit my head (with a pretty hard surface). Her apology was heartfelt, honest and with readiness to help (offered to call a doctor). I immediately was offered a free beer and after I ordered my meal, a manager announce that it was in the house! That’s how easy it is to go from an “ouch” to a “wow”! Take note restaurateurs and professionals...
