We had dinner here tonight and chose this place based on the decor and because the food looked good as we walked by. However, our experience was abysmal. First of all, the service is awful. We sat for 15 minutes before a server came to greet us, (we actually noticed another couple come in, sit down at a table, and then walk out after getting tired of waiting for someone to come and help them). When we ordered, our server neglected to tell us was that they charge €3.30 for a glass of tap water! Had we known that, we would’ve had a beer. We never saw our original server after he took our order, so when we finished eating, we called another server over so that we could pay. He brought us the bill, and that’s when we were shocked to see the €9.90 charge for three tap waters. When I protested the charge, he said: “you have to pay for water everywhere in Germany”. This is absolutely not true as we’d been in Germany for three days and had not once paid for tap water. I raised enough of a fuss about the charge that the waited did offer us a 10% discount on the meal, so that plus not paying a service charge made us feel better about the water cost, but we still think that this place is taking advantage of tourists with this tactic!!!

Furthermore, although the decor and atmosphere were nice, the food quality was average at best.

I hope readers will find my review and photos...

The place is very good positioned, close to the train station and city center. I‘ve read some previous reviews before coming here that if you haven’t reserved a table, you‘ll get the tables close to the door. We tested the theory and it’s true. So if you want to have a “better” seating, reserve a table. The whole menu, decorations and how the food is plated, reminds us a bit of the Hans I’m Glück chain. The burger was tasty and juicy enough, prices were also ok. The salad was quite fresh, big portion but the plate is too small that you cannot mix it and all the dressing stays at the bottom. Also the dressing is extremely sweet, we couldn’t eat it. Weird service, long waiting times and just ignoring you. Though the place was almost empty we had to wait quite long especially at the end to get the bill. We were close to the entrance and since asking to pay they seated two tables, even took the order from one and brought them the drinks but ignoring/postponing us. That was quite disappointing to be honest and don’t think we’ll be coming back. Nevertheless it is worth trying, might have been just a...

They got some great burgers and some fancy drinks but it's not that outstanding anymore since there are a lot of those places now. The seating is quite good and the waiters are nice but it's very hectic there and very loud. If you didn't made a reservation you have very bad chances to get a good seat or one at all. You have some music in the background playing and the decoration is quite fancy as well but as I said, it's not the unique. Especially not that good for a first date since I was not always able to understand the person with me. Update: I went here again. It's much less crowded and so you can definitely understand each other while talking. The waiters and waitresses are definitely super friendly and do a great job. The lemonade is great. The menu is a meme in a meme, but at least you can remember the names. The fryan Reynolds is fantastic and definitely worth a try as long as you like mushrooms. Now the atmosphere is much better and you are not squished into a place. Well, go have look for yourself :) (and I really...
